Apartment in need of some renovation. Washing machine and dryer were making very loud noises.

Noises from the road, but they had no other rooms off the road. Required extra washing liquid & dishwashing tablets. if you're staying for a week they need to provide you a weeks supply. Need sharp knifes.

Right across the road from the water, parks and walk ways. Close to Harbour town and supermarkets. Ground floor Apt, 2 bathrooms, washing & Drying facilities. Aircon & fans Great pool

The non elevator situation isn't a deal breaker and it's mentioned on the booking sites and when checking in at reception so technically, I didn't not like anything :)

Room was HUGE, fresh linen, quiet and private and the carpark was big enough to fit our Ranger in it without worry of being dinged by other cars!! The BEAUTIFUL soul who checked me in needs a special mention 🩷 gave me a huge map of the area and told me about the nearest coles/woolworths and even local Pelican feeding for our 4 year old to go see!!! She was amazing 👏🏻

A few more cleaning products would have been handy the ashtray on the balcony had been used prior to my arrival and not cleaned.

The price was great. Just be aware pool towels are not provided so best to bring your own or you can hire. There is traffic noise at times but that can happen anywhere.

A few things not cleaned very well but spoke with reception and was offered to have cleaner come back in. Main bed so was bouncy I was woken every time my husband rolled over so that was a bit frustrating most nights.

We are abit old for the 3 flights of stairs.

The queen size beds were not as firm as we would like (I, personally, didn't mind it at all, and slept quite comfortably). The hot tub / spa totally drained overnight and we weren't sure that it was supposed to? It took forever to refill so we didn't use it again. I shoud have asked staff about that but we didn't miss it that much.

The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of cutlery... we ran low on that a few times. The staff was friendly and more than accommodating! The children LOVED the pool and we were very impressed on how clean it was,. Excellent security both in the underground garage and in accessing our unit. We really appreciated the space; it was a nice large unit and accommodated 4 adults and 2 young boys VERY easily!

There wasn't much not to like, but the only thing I can add is there could of been a small non stick fry pan and the pots in our room could use an upgrade, everything else was great.

Sandcastles is situated in Labrador,close to a lagoon across the road, busses are at your door step! The Saltwater pool is the highlight, you need this in summer as the heat can be intense! We stayed in a deluxe 2brm apartment, it had good cooking facilities, beds were comfortable, it was clean,I suggest asking for an apartment away from the road, the staff are friendly & helpful, I highly recommend staying here, I'll be back🙂

The property was spacious enough. The property was also close to the theme parks and that’s where we spent most of our days.

Fobs instead of keys to get through the main doors to the building and the car park would of been better but it didn't make our stay bad.

The pool was well maintained and the room was tidy, we loved that it had everything we needed for our week stay. location was quiet and only a short walk to a pub meal which was delicious. the guy that met me at the gate went above and beyond and he was very helpful. I also loved that our ranger fit underneath the building.

The place needs a paint. Very poor glass and crockery supply. Just enough glasses for four people. Very poor supply of hand soap and toilet paper for four people. The lounge furniture is very old and needs a good clean. Dish washing liquid for one wash is poor.

A good size appartment. Good location close to the beach. A very big pool. Very helpful staff.

There is no stairs. The Wi-Fi signal is weak in the bed rooms and sometimes got loss . There is only one conditioner in the house. The inner room is a bit warm despite the use of ceiling fan.

The BBQ facilities and cooking utensils were great. The dish-washer, washing machine and dryer work well. The staff also responded swiftly even at night.

The creepy mannequin is strategically placed on the 4th floor balcony over looking the pool below and the whole court yard. This can be seen from every apartment, so I imagine this would have given other guests a fright as it did us. Because of this, we never got to use the top balcony or spa because he looked like it was consealing a camera.
