Great apartment for a family holiday - bonus having a washing machine and dryer. Pool and spa areas are very nice - pool could be a bit warmer but otherwise a lovely area. The gardens in the complex are well maintained and look great.

At times, the traffic passing in the street below could be quite noisy. However, this is a central location and closing balcony doors and windows dulled the noise.

This is a very spacious property with the added attraction of a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the beachfront at Labrador, Gold Coast. There is also a big pool available to guests. The property was freshly clean on arrival and the reception staff were extremely helpful with information about the area and local activities. There are three big bedrooms, an open plan living and dining area and two large balconies offering views of the coastline. only one minute to the boardwalk all along the beach front.

While the room was great the furnishings were a slight let down, the 2 seater couch was uncomfortable and the 2 chairs felt unsteady. A small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay

Great location, excellent room sizes with plenty of room. Huge balcony. The BBQ area was really functional and the pool was perfect. The carpark was easy to access and use

Two of the outdoor bbqs were broken, some of the kitchen cupboards in the apartment were a bit worse for wear. The window locks were broken in our apartment and unable to use the dead bolt. Overall it was good though.

The dishwasher was broken so could only use one of the shelves. The parts to replace/repair the faulty mechanism are readily available and if every apartment has the same dishwasher, it's hard to imagine we were in the only room with a broken one. The beds were just okay... Passable without being comfortable.

Great price, amazing pool and spa. The room had everything you could want and would be a great spot for an even longer holiday. The location was wonderful with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a nice calm foreshore across the road and right on a major thoroughfare so easy access to Surfers Paradise, theme parks in either direction or out to the Hinterlands. The water pressure in the showers was amazing.

The rooms were quite dirty on arrival, there was dirt in the door and screen tracks. The balconies looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long while. There was mould on a lot of the balconies. The fridge was dirty. There were a pair of shorts left hanging on the line on the upstairs balcony. The balcony spa had such low water pressure it took forever to fill, by which time it went cold. We didn't use it because of that. The downstairs deck had stools which were very rickety and wobbly. The hand railing to the upstairs bedroom was loose and wobbly. The dining room chairs had lost their padding and so weren't high enough for the table.

Wonderful heated pool that was beautiful at night with the coloured lighting. Good location, close to the Broadwater, walk to Charis seafoods. Two floors allowed for great privacy. The upstairs deck was lovely. Good facilities. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was excellent in the kitchen and bathrooms. Reception were very helpful, they sent a housekeeper the next day to clean what was missed but by then we were spread out so we asked her to leave it.

House cleaning {apartment} was pretty poor standard. Found kitchen cupboards ,bedroom wardrobe and under sofa cushions had not been vacuumed or cleaned . Also reported balcony door to reception as door runners were faulty and required replacing. Finally, would expect linen to be changed, towels and bed sheets within our 7 day stay.

The complex , pool and kitchen was very clean and tidy. Underground car parking was very good and secure.

Our 2 dislikes were there was no lift and there wasn’t a rail to hold onto for pool access. My Mum is elderly so wasn’t able to enjoy the pool as she wasn’t confident getting in and out.

We recently stayed 8 nights here and throughly enjoyed our time. The location was fantastic and close to popular shopping centres and theme parks but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. I would highly recommend Sandcastles on Broadwater to friends and family 😊
