our fridge was way too cold that it froze our fruits and milk.

The staffs were really friendly. milk and water were also topped up daily and the room was very clean. They also have free coffee - properly machine made cappucino and hot chocolate for free that you can enjoy and take which is a big bonus for me in the morning :) very nice place, not too far from the seaford beach where the water is very calm and so kids can go for a swim. it is very enjoyable stay especially with little kids. Also, it is located just across shopping centre so can get daily needs if required

second time I've stayed here and both times it been really good, quite and relaxing. Highly recommend, shopping is handy just across the road, The meals at the bistro were fantastic and great value. Staff are always lovely

Two things. One is there is no light in the shower area..It was quite dark when having shower. 2nd when having shower the water keeps coming out from the shower door and it flooded the area and had to wipe it off after shower.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the room temperature was a bit cold. I request to prepare some more pastry for buffet breakfast. I can't find more than that! If I said one more thing, it's a bit early to close the last order for room service.

I did not like the hundred dollar surcharge, as we had already paid In full and are on a tight budget, and it will probably take a week to be repaid at Christmas. This would affect my choices when booking again.

The bed is not very comfortable (a bit too soft for me). Light can be installed at the shower area as it's a bit dark. We faced some problems during breakfast as there was some miscommunication between the staff but everything was settled well.

Location is good, on-site parking is provided, groceries (Woolworths) and eateries are in walking distance. Rooms are clean, and the room with 2 queen beds is spacious enough that all 4 of us can open our big luggage without blocking the way. The room facilities, shower water flow, and water heater are excellent. 👍🏻 Breakfast @ $15 per pax.

New so lovely & clean. Quiet, good meals in the hotel next door. Shower had good consistent pressure & temperature. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but I do like a firm bed, so thats just personal preference. Overall a very comfortable stay.

No fan in the toilet area isn't that good. Our toilet seat was twisted not straight I forgot to let them know about it. obviously, the cleaners know about it cleaning that area consistently. needs loosening and readjusting. My partner said she got the smell of cigarettes whilst in the bathroom at one stage maybe it made its way down through the vent system not sure. As there are smoking rooms so I assume it came from one of them. No complementary biscuits for ur tea or coffee

I did not book breakfast as it was a spur of the moment decision to book there, and I wasn't even sure what was on offer had the kids to think about as well and their fussy buggers. Location was great right where i needed to be and close for dinner virtually straight in front outside the building.

The staff in the breakfast room was quite abrupt and initially accused us of not paying for breakfast because we weren't on her list, for her to call reception and find our her list was wrong. We also had an issue with room service, we thought it would be exciting to get room service however our rooms QR code to order didn't work and neither did our friends (staying in another room across from us)

Breakfast was delicious! Overall staff were friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet despite being right next to a pub.

We booked the Family Suite with Breakfast. The room is beyond expectations. It is very spacious, the layout is suitable for a family, the furniture are new and the room is very clean. Most importantly, the staff are all friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

As we arrived late the restaurant was closing up and eating opportunities in the area were limited.

Rooms were very Clean & Tidy. Shower was exceptional easily the best pressured shower I have ever come across. Staff were very welcoming. Liked the fact that they were with The Sands Hotel where the restaurant offered a large variety of meals on the menu. Close to Seaford Beach a 6min Drive to Seaford Beach Cafe for Breakfast by the Ocean. Close to Cranbourne Racetrack where we had a horse running, Quite close City Link if you wanted to jump on a go shop at Ringwood Eastlands Plaza etc. or even all the way to the city 20min Drive.
