The couch would be the only down fall. Lots of stairs. Get a floor room soooo much better.

The appartment was advertised as refurbished but was very run down and shabby. There was hair everywhere especially the bathroom and random bits of clothing under cupboards. Also very overpriced!!

Not pram friendly at all, which is a shame being a family resort. Having to pick up the pram to get up stairs and rocky paths isn’t really good enough. Also, basic cleaning products not provided ie multipurpose spray would be handy.

The pool waters weren't very clear.

Location was great, having a kiosk onsite was very useful and the apartment was perfect for a toddler to be able to roam around.

Room was not what I expected but still nice. I paid extra for a large apartment and it wasn't as nice as the last time we stayed. Next time I will ask more information before booking

No air-conditioning in our rooms but we can live with that. Rooms were a little loud but its expected being a kids resort.

Stayed with our 2 year old. She loved the pools and the smaller kids slides especially the one in the front pool. Has a decent gym as well. Great location next to a Woolies, a lovely Italian and Thai restaurant across the road and plenty of cafes within walking distance. Beach is only a 10min walk as well. Would definitely stay again

Reception is far from the apartment unit we stayed. Apartment could be cleaner. Security deposit was held for almost 2 weeks from check in.

Pools are great. Beds are comfy. Spacious 2bd room apartment.Mermaid beach is within walking distance as well as Woolworths. Kids friendly.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the road works going on all night right outside our room. Also it was a mission trying to lug suitcases up all the stairs and back down again, Pitty there wasn't a life available 😑 Unfortunately our oven wasn't working on the first day we arrived and we were not told this on check in, only found on Monday morning when electrician was there to take a look, would have been nice to have been told this as we were trying to use it and then figured out ourselves it was a fuse switch issue at switch board.

We loved the water pool facilities and the bar restaurant were super handy and very nice meals and all staff were very kind and helpful throughout the resort 😀

Room was quite dated needs to be updated didnt like being on 3rd floor with kids. Road works outside could hear in the evening. Photos that are used for rooms are mis leading on website our room apartment was dark, couches uncomfortable. Family of 4 on the 3rd floor trying to get suitcases upstairs wasnt the easiest

The stairs, these were a bit much for a young family 3 kids 3 and under staying on the top floor.

Loved the amount of pools and different swim options for the little ones, also really loved the onsite dining option.

The pools and surrounds were dirty and dated. Looked like the filter didn’t work in the pool.

Good location, rooms were massive. Laundry facilities in the rooms was handy and so was having 2 bathrooms.

Rooms were a tad outdated, there was a used Band-Aid on our couch when we arrived The curtains did basically nothing, we were staying right outside one of the pools with a shining light that stayed on all night Other pools may need to be patrolled and extra rubbish pick up for the outside around the pools

I loved the water park was patrolled. Lots of activities for children Woolies close by

Rooms are tired and dated. Unisex toilets near the pool needed more frequent cleaning.
