The full no smoking policy they should have a safe place inside the complex as we had a young female smoker with us that had to go out in the front street alone at night

Understandably the size of the property doesn’t quite allow for it, but it would be nice to see something designed for the kids such as a tiny play ground area.

Even though the pools and spa were in the middle of the houses it felt like you had your very own personal pool. The trees and plants were the perfect combination of island life. My 3 year old didn’t want to leave.

Rooms on the riverside do have some noise from the road. It seemed like there was a bit too much chlorine in the pool? Both my friends and I experienced some blurry vision after using the swimming pool.

The location was great. It was nice for a walk in the park. A spacious and clean room, just like in the pictures. The staff were quick to respond and eager to help in a friendly manner.

Our neighbour, very rude, we tried to be friendly but he was just a rude person! We would book again same unit and hopefully they weren’t there!

The apartment was a little tired- nothing unclean or anything, but bathrooms could possibly do with a little refurb.

perfect position, opposite the river, glorious setting!😊 Lovely pools- shade and sun! John was fantastic- we arrived on a very hot day and my elderly father was struggling with the intense heat. Although our room was not ready, as we were very early, John made a room available for us , so my father could be in a cool space. It was above and beyond, and we were so grateful- that’s the kind of hospitality and kindness l always look for when choosing a hotel/apartment to stay in!

Very light in the bedrooms in the morning but that's me just being picky.

Excellent location, close to shops restaurants and ferry terminal. Apartment was large and clean with everything we needed. Pool area was immaculate and very chilled. Although we only met host on arrival, communication was great, we even got a text when our room was ready (3 hours prior to the check in time).

The apartments were very big and clean and modern. Staff were really friendly, when we arrived I was not sure how to access the lock box and the cleaner helped me to get our key and explained where the apartment was. The location was excellent. Would stay here again.

Location great although a bit noisy with the road traffic and night life (birds). Pool could be cleaned more regularly. Gets a lot of debris from the surrounding trees. Needed more towels (no pool towels provided).

Great facilities, modern, clean, comfortable. Great size room for a family of 6. Beds great size and comfortable, but maybe needs to be changed from rollers to stable bed feet. Single beds easily moved around (as well as the other beds) because of the roller feet.

Whilst in a perfect location I felt the apartment was very tired and outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. From the downstairs bathroom facilities and laundry to the old brown wooden venetian blinds that had definitely met their use by date, it is definitely time for an upgrade.

The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. You are made extremely welcome by the property hosts, who are most helpful and friendly. There are fabulous restaurants within a short 5 minute stroll to enjoy and a ferry terminal is directly across the road for transport to Noosa. Wonderfully easy to navigate to other areas.

The only thing was that the sunrise was at about 5am and the sun lit up the room so no possibility of a lie in. But early to bed, early to rise.

Perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and transport, with the ferry into Hastings street across the road. Facilities are fantastic and well maintained. The appartments are spacious and well equiped with everything you need for your stay. They feel private but also have such easy access to the pool area.
