only trouble we had was that the sofa was a bit low and could do with a couple more cushions. a Directory with instructions on using some of the appliances would be helpful.

The shower is large but the bathroom and toilet very small. There were a few small things, like there were no scissors in the apartment so we struggled to open some food products. There was only one face washer supplied for a family of four, i expected there would have been four. The biggest issue we had was the stairwells are not well signed. To get from the car park to the room ( top floor) was six flights of stairs, two to reception and then four more to the top. There were two 'towers' with stairwells in the block our unit was marked as being in, neither marked as to which rooms they held. So we carted up all our luggage at 11pm to find we were in the wrong tower. We should have checked before climbing all 4 flights, but were very tired from a really long drive. Also only enough hot water for two people to shower one after the other. Had one cold shower then scheduled it so family members would shower hours apart. No plastic cups or plates and could not locate a dishrack or dishwashing liquid to do dishes by hand. All small things, overall it was a good stay and i would come back.

The beds a very comfortable, the lounge spacious and the view of the pool nice. Close walking distance to markets and cafes, the beach was accessible though not sandy so did not venture down there. Washer and dryer worked well and was very convenient. Fridge was full sized and there were plates and flatware.

The spa bath did not work but staff were waiting for maintenance to be done so they were aware. Car parking was available but very tight spaces and driveway if you are in an SUV or larger vehicle. No lifts for elderly or people with mobility issues

After a couple of hickups. Nothing major; Gate was locked when we arrived late. Lucky for us some other guests turned up and let us in. Couldn't get hobs on stove to work and there was never anyone at the desk to ask.

Not very good sound proofing between rooms. We could hear chairs screeching on the floor above us and child running constantly very early morning. Microwave didn’t work. Other than that a pleasant stay across from beach and some shops/eateries but a 30min walk to the supermarket.

Wifi was not great - kept dropping out and saying the password was incorrect. Ease of access to car space was not good and we ended up parking on the street.

Easy checkin - received the keys to park the car prior to checkin time. Rooms were big and had everything required for our stay. Room was very clean and sea views from the balcony.

The appartment itself (no. 5) very outdated. One bathroom (jack&jill) and a seperate toilet with a door going inwards which made yiu could hardly get in and out. The wifi is horrendous and pool not heated.

We had a late check in but everything was arranged very well. There where toilettrees, dishwas soap etc. Only 1 towel per person. The location and the view is amazing.

The accomodation car park can be extremely tight with a larger car. There was plenty of free parking out on the street which we chose instead.

Large space to relax with balconies and the front and rear. The couches and beds were comfortable.
