It wasnt in the best location and it was a little bizarre that the front gate of the hotel led guests to walk around the small pool and spa area to the front desk office to check in. It wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at, but not the dirtiest either. The crockery and cutlery were all mismatched and could have been better managed. And the couch and blankets needed a good clean.

My partner and I stayed for a week and thought this hotel was okay but a little run down. The room we booked had a sizeable living room and kitchen and bathroom, bedroom and laundry and dryer. It was a nice cosy place to stay and it definitely had its charms. The air conditioning was great. The laundry facilities and dishwashing machine and microwave were all great! The internet and streaming connectivity was great and there was plenty of free underground parking. The couple who run this place are also very nice and do everything they can to help.

old stuff, cupboards and curtains starting to show wear and tear. Also only venting for bathroom was a window facing the courtyard with no flyscreen to get rid of steam.

The shower was either scalding hot or cold with one slight turn being the difference. Felt like I was turning a safe trying to get it right. Towels were hired instead of given to which was a bit cheap but for the price you can't complain.

Good place but a little dodgy. The sink had dislodged and was dangerously sitting wobbling on the top. Any weight on it would have had it smash on your feet. My family enjoyed the trip though and it was cheap so not bad all in all.

There wasn’t any air vent for the bathroom so when we have to dry our clothes we will have to leave the windows open, build up condensation. Since we close it during we left it will smell the apartment up.

It has everything for the price - bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. The pool was warm, spa was amazing during night time. Didn’t get to use the BBQ but wish we did.

Elwin was very obliging and helpful . Our room was comfortable and the location was close to Broadbeach Bowling Club . Parking and tokens to open doors were excellent. Washing machines and driers very convenient.

I have difficulty with climbing stairs. I asked for a gound floor unit which I received. However the ground floor was only accessable by climbing up five stairs. One of the blinds only opened up half way. It was stuck and needed to be replaced.

Location was good it was quiet yet close to beach and restaurants. Santana Resort suited me as a senior citizen.

Be aware that it is a self-serviced apartment so cleaning, rubbish removal and top up of consumables are occupant's responsibility.

Close to tram services. A little back from the busy highway. All night service-station close by. Quiet and shady surroundings. Parks nearby. Good sized bedroom, kitchen and lounge areas. Washing machine and dryer provided. Large fridge, stove and cook top handy. Ceiling fans were adequate for cooling. Short walk to large shopping centre and supermarkets.
