Steps and insufficient lighting from car to house

Loved the tranquil surrounds, the fresh mountain air and the house had a great feel about it. Not only was it well appointed but it had everything we needed including things we forgot to purchase in the pantry, a good range of cookware and a really comfortable bed and pillows. The spa bath was a nice addition as well. We both really enjoyed our stay at Santosha Glade.

Staff were quite hands off, and there is a very long list of rules sent before and after the visit. Would be good to have a summary. Would be good to highlight more the deposit paid via credit card beforehand.

Drive a bit tricky to negotiate as road is quite steep. Otherwise everything good.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Well appointed kitchen. Great layout with large french doors opening onto veranda and beautiful views of the lush garden.

That unfortunately no internet two nights due to Optus and not the owner's fault and house very hot on arrival with no air con to cool it off but do understand it could have been shut up a while . nicely set up for a winter stay though.

The house had all you would need if you wanted to cook but we did not use any of the appliances etc but would be ideal for those who wish to cook on a holiday opposed to me not ever cooking on a holiday

A mirror in the twin bedroom would have been appreciated. Also, the wardrobe in that room had a lot of stuff in it, taking up the hanging space. A few hooks in the main bathroom would have been useful, for hanging clothes.

It's a beautiful house, in very attractive grounds. It was so nice to look out onto bushland, with no sight of the neighbouring houses. Every comfort was taken care of, including central heating and a gas fire.

The location was great for us. Just out of the Leura and so central to everything we wanted to do in the Blue Mountains. We enjoyed the space in the house and that it had heaps of everything we needed. Also the deck looking out into the pretty garden which was full of all kinds of wonderful birds.

The booking process is very complex and confusing and there are way too many repeat emails spamming my inbox leading to confusion about payments, and whether they were paid or overdue etc.

The view was wonderful, amazing bathtub, beautiful patio and in a great location next to the three sisters and the town on leura!

Only one negative - the bed frame in front room was broken and held together with masking tape. It fell apart on first use. This was dangerous. We received no response to the email sent regarding this. This could have been easily responded to or fixed.

cleanliness, beautiful facilities, lots of extras in the kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, blankets. convenient to town, lovely gardens and surrounds.

The only bad thing was the mould in the ensuite sink, but considering the amount of rain we've all had this year I think it is also understandable. The bed in the main room was not the best but I do have a bad back so I'm very particular about mattresses I sleep on.

Very easy option collecting keys on site in a lock box. All the information for the heating, cooking, wifi and the fire were laminated and very clear. Such a lovely relaxing home, nestled amongst the trees. Lots of extra bedding and pillows, throw rugs in the lounge room also. Loved this long weekend away. Having the kitchen gave us great options to either eat out or go to local shopping area and have the option to cook for ourselves.

The steps up to the house were a little slippery in the wet and would recommend some anti slip material be added to each step. I did receive a mountain of emails with the same information. a little overkill. But it didn’t spoil the stay. We loved it. Leura is a beautiful place.❤️

I slept in 2nd bedroom. Was woken through the 2nd night with sounds from roof. It was either possums or a tree brushing on roof in the wind. The lights out the front of house did not work. My bedside lamp in the 2nd bedroom did not work, changed it with bedside lamp in 3rd bedroom. No potato peeler.

The location was good and had a lovely outlook into bush and shrubs.
