The blinds were only mesh and didn’t keep the sun and light out in the morning There needed to be a blockout blind or curtain as well It also lacked privacy as al night time you could see through and into the bedroom and lounge from outside The aircon also does not go into the bedroom so it was quite warm in there The television was quite small like the size most places have in the bedroom and there was no television in the bedroom

Bed wasn’t that comfortable and TV wasn’t connecting to the Wifi so couldn’t watch Netflix at night.

The blind in the bedroom needs replacing with a block out blind. The early morning sun penetrating in was uncomfortable. There a pigeons roosting on the aircon cover, which didn't bother us at all except it would be nice if the poop was cleaned off the outdoor lounge.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The position was perfect with a lovely view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't like that most of the utensils and cups had to be washed prior to use, due to finger prints and greasy feel. Didn't like that the only window in my room had no fly screen. Didn't like the layers of pigeon poo that could be seen from the window and when I say layers all the black dots and piles seen in attached photos is the pigeon poo. Very unsettling and I'm kinda glad I didn't have balcony access for this reason too.

The pool area was good, the roof was handy for dinner. The room was very tiny but good for 1 person. The fan and aircon was great due to the humidity and heat at the time.

no staff seen for 4 days. our toilet was not flushing properly upon check-in, called after hours who advised us someone would come by the following day, never came.

very tiny rooms for 4 stars hotel only ONE hand towel was provided. No towels were provided which was weird for 4 stars hotel After hours service is terrible. It took me 1 hour of being on hold and 3 calls (each of them the agent hang up in my face) to change my room as we found a huge cockroach on the bed that went ahead and disappeared inside the bed

Carpets very dirty. Need replacing, not just cleaning. Balcony tiles were filthy, not been cleaned for a while, it seems. Bird poo everywhere on the balcony, a birds nest on the air-conditioning unit, lots of bird poo there and other debris.

Suggest a bigger smart TV. The one there was rubbish. More glasses would be useful. Wifi kept logging out. The noise next door was a little annoying.

office shut at 4.30pm, freezer was sooo over frozen the door wouldn't close, and looks like it's hanging in on fishing line lol. the beautiful Italian restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch and the other other options were fish and chips. The bowls in the kitchen were baby sized, the cups also miniature. Having to take out my own rubbish was a bit interesting.

location is lovely, i had the small room (of the duel key apartments) and there was Zero view (which is fine for me). Very badly designed compared to other Duel Key apartments i've stayed in. Bathroom was great, tv was big, ac (i didn't use) was nice. Free car parking and easy to read after hrs check in.

Classified as a budget choice there was no real view (wasnt a drama for me) however, external fan noise was noticed and could not be eliminated completely.

Easy check in and access to facilities such as pool, spa and rooftop. Comfortable bed and well supplied kitchenette.

Only one bedside lamp in the bedroom. No blockout blinds or curtains so no night time privacy and also the room was not dark for sleeping. The privacy blinds were dirty and needed a good clean,
