Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe window treatments were insufficient, especially in the bedroom as the blinds did not completely give you full privacy. There could have been a curtain over it especially as you could be seen laying on the bed from the sides as the unit is on the ground floor.

ThailandDifficult to find the room number. The room was located on the second floor, so you have to carry your stuff by yourself, there're no elevator. The bed is extremely soft (In my opinion).
The room was so bigger than I expected. The location was so good, you can see the view when looking out from the balcony, but many trees obscure it.

And the walls must be very thin as we could hear everything and it was just too loud to get a good night's sleep. They should have someone on the property to monitor such behavior.

AustraliaIt would be great to see an upgrade of the beds as both were quite old and dipping in the middle and we had to use a blanket to soften the cushioning in the bed. This was a shame as we had been travelling a lot and were looking forward to a really good night sleep.
We had an excellent view of the ocean, had to bedrooms and two bathrooms and the apartment overall was very spacious. Also staff went above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent as well.

United KingdomThe room could do with an upgrade but was a great price. Additionally, we could hear the room above us but that may just have been bad luck.
The location was perfect! It is right on the cove, perfect for exploring the town, having a day at the beach or even a little beach walk on an evening. It was 10 minutes from the Twelve Apostles and 10 minutes from London Bridge! We used the location as a central hub, so it was about an hour back into Otway National Park and about an hour to Port Fairy too. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also a great price!

ThailandBad first impression. When we arrived, there was no room key in the key box. It was very upsetting because we had driven a long way and we had a 2-year-old baby and an elderly in the group. We expected to be able to get some rest right when we arrived (after 5PM). We tried messaging the property on booking.com but received no response. We had roaming on and tried calling many times with different phones but the staff could not hear us. We ended up paying around $US 20 for those roaming calls. Finally when the staff was able to hear us, they sent someone to give us the keys. It was human error, of course, the staff forgot to put keys in the key box before leaving. We could not help but wondered what would have happened if they never saw our message on booking.com or never heard us on the call. There was no staff on site. Another thing we did not like was no a/c in the bedroom. On the first and second floor, a/c is in the living room. So at night we had to open the bedroom door to let the cool air from a/c in.
Location was good and parking was convenient. Restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distant. Spacious rooms. Amenities were well provided. Full kitchen facilities.
