The tea and coffee was just pushed into a box, there was half bottle of wine in the fridge, some tomato sauce in the cupboard. Getting the keys from the night owl is rather difficult, there is no parking or you have to pay for parking. Parking isn’t included either. The pool couldn’t be accessed either, so it says pool included but couldn’t be used.

The property was spacious, clean and well presented in most parts. Great views.

We couldn't connect to WiFi. There was only 1 fork and no tea towel. Having to drop the keys back to where we got them from was inconvenient. If I would of known that before I booked I probably wouldn't of booked it.

Kitchen facilities to a bare minimum. Not even spare garage bags. Bathroom drains blocking and collecting water while showering. There is no water pressure in the shower. Good for an overnightstay but nothing more. .

Clean and very close to Pacific Fair Mall. Could see beautiful sunrise from apartment.

Some facilities like kitchen lack even some basic utensils. As it's an apartment with kitchen, then it should have the utensils. Water flow in the bathroom is bad.

Location was the best which has great ocean view along with the casino along the building. View from room can't be described in words.

Collecting keys from a location 3km away is very inconvenient and not communicated until after booking. If you have no car and are coming from gold coast airport,it involves additional taxi fees to go past the accommodation collect the keys and then come back.

Apartment is nice. Located at the casino and central to other shops and restaurants.

Getting the keys was a big hassle and time consuming. No parking at the facility is very disappointing. Only place to park is over main highway at Meriton which is an extra $10 a day

One set of keys so I couldn’t go shopping and my partner by the pool. Mould in shower, no shelf in shower, 2 pillows only - spare in cupboards but no pillow cases, tea coffe open on bench, decor was good - all these things - are little things but make the difference between a great stay where we’d rebook and a good stay stay where we’d try somewhere different next time.

Didn't realise this was sub-letted through a third party, so you need to pay extra for parking and collect and drop off the keys at a separate location.

The apartment has a beautiful view and is very comfortable for 3 people.

The lifts are hard to get especially when you're in a hurry... the key collection and drop off is a few mins drive towards Surfers, which sometimes gets hard when you're travelling opposite directions. And parking and location of the place is unclear at times too.

I liked the view of our room and the level it was on.

It could have been cleaner. Bad mould in the bathroom, dishes still in the dish washer and crumbs in the oven from the last person.

There were no dishwasher tablets in the unit, and the sign saying about not to use dish liquid for the dishwasher was a bit strange. Possibly provide dishwasher tablets so this doesn’t occur in the future. There was no milk supplied for at least the first night and then up to the guest to provide it after that. Possibly provide a box of tissues in the unit. There was no dish drainer to put the dishes after washing them up. There was no tea towel to dry the dishes.
