The lagoon bar food was average.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and large. Super comfy beds. Lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We choose this apartment as it had a court yard, and thought would be could for our grandchildren to play securely. Unfortunately the actual court yard did not meet our expectations as shown on the website when booking. The stone paving was covered in black mould and needed cleaning, while the rest of the resort was very clean. The outdoor seating showed 6 chairs and table, while we had only 4 chairs and a table, 2 of which had broken legs and therefore were useless. The BBQ had only 1 of the 4 burners working and was slightly rusty. It appears that while the apartment itself is well cared for and clean, the courtyard is not. So unfortunately the outdoor courtyard was not used, and we would have been better in a normal apartment.

The resort was lovely and family friendly. Enjoyed the lagoon and children's pool. The apartment was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for the family.

shower door missing so a lot of water on the floor. Able to be managed but inconvenient. More towels would have been good, and face washers/flannels should have been supplied but weren't.

Had trouble getting into the apartment with the mobility scooter due to a high step. The bed in the 3rd bedroom was on rollers and not secured. The blankets smelt and required washing. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work.

The internet connection was really weak in the apartment. The kitchen facilities were good but a new frying pan and utensils would be nice.

The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the pool, easy access to the car park and resort restaurants. The apartment is big, great outdoor space. It's a short walk to the little town shops with really good restaurants, the beach and jetty. There is a Coles only a 3 min drive away. Only a 20min drive to Cairns, buses are an option too. The pools at the resort are excellent, great for kids and heated.

As a family staying for 8 nights, a few suggestions which would have made our stay a bit easier: Eg. Have more garbage bags, toilet paper, washing detergent. Dishwasher doesnt open properly so wasnt able to use to full potential, another clothes rack or a larger one would have been good also.

Spacious for family, comfortable beds, great pool area, friendly staff, easy check-in/out with instructions emailed prior to arrival and use of lock box, excellent air conditioning. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

On arrival, no TV remotes. A plate of food with knife & fork left in cupboard. Water ran onto the floor after a shower, this is a trip hazard & needs to be rectified. All of these problems were fixed the following day & they gave us extra towels to mop the floor in the bathroom after each shower. We could not open the safe door.The blankets were not clean. Our stairwell to our room was dirty. Outside the toilet near the pool the floor was filthy.

The Temple outside pool area was great. The 3 eating venues amazing. The food delicious.
