The bbq on the roof did not work which was disappointing as we had purchased food to bbq. Otherwise everything was great and we hope to return.

The apartment was very well located in the Sea Temple complex which is fantastic - amazing pool! The apartment was spacious, well equipped, great air conditioning and fans, very comfortable beds and great tvs.

The televisions are outdated (not smart TV) and we couldn't sit back and relax to watch our streaming services (like Netflix, Disney, etc.). Every other apartment we saw had more modern TVs that were smart and had much larger screens. The furniture in general is tired and should be updated. The shower head was not good and could be replaced with a more modern head or rainfall showerhead. The safe was not working. We raised the tv, milk frother and safe as issues with the agent on Day 2 and did not receive a response during our 8 night stay. We were disappointed to not have been contacted. While we loved the resort in general, the facilities overall left a lot to be desired for the price we paid. Not all of the lights in the pool were lit and made the swim around the canal dark in places. Our apartment was upstairs and the lighting was not turned on outside our apartment during our stay and it made it dark and unsafe to traverse the stairs. Only half of the flame sconces were lit each night and the pool bar was rarely open. The restaurant breakfast was underwhelming and we had takeaway from the restaurant on the first night and it was abysmal and overpriced.

The location of the resort was good and the position of the private property was excellent, overlooking the large pool and restaurant. The comfort level of the apartment was good, air conditioning was good and the double glazing kept the noise levels low. We loved the resort pool.

The apartment can do with a few upgrades! We loved the apartment but when ur paying over $500 a night we expected 5 stars! The washing machine didn’t work we called host an she said some one will come fix it and no one turned up! WiFi is really slow! Tv in the lounge please upgrade no Netflix! Only 2 rolls of toilet paper in bath room we had 4 people for 6 nights wasn’t an issue but many few more next time! Aircon tuner on automatically for some reason we all got sick the last few days!

Beautiful property part of Pullman hotel! Plenty of space for family and loved the pool outside our door step!

Fantastic hotel and apartment. The pool lagoon was the absolute highlight with every afternoon spent floating and swimming with my family. Kids loved it. The apartment is comfortable and clean.

Not much not to like! It's a beautiful resort that I will stay at again.

Loved the private pool area available from the poolside room we were in. Also enjoyed some bevvies at the adjacent and huge main pool and took advantage of the very upmarket in-house "couples massage" option. Not too far to get to the main town centre, but there are some nice local eateries and cafes available if you didn't want to go into the town.

Proximity to other restaurants. PD isnt a place you can go to without a car.

Loved the ability to step out from our private deck into the pool. The hotel was about 75% occupied, but didnt feel like it was overly busy, so there were plenty of places to sit by bar if necessary. Having 'private' section of pool was awesome! great holiday.

We were in a privately rented room so not sure how the resort rooms are but cupboard to washing machine broken off as were friends. Was supposed to have fresh towels midway through 10 night stay but didn’t happen. Resort drinks and food expensive but to be expected as PD overall is more expensive

The property is very pretty, lovely gardens. The pool is fantastic. Room was clean. Short drive to town but IGA around the corner and a restaurant/bar close by. There is lift and stair access to upstairs apartments.

The cleanliness was a major let down for us. The floors were not mopped and if you stepped on the tiles you were left with black feet full of dust and grime. The ensuite toilet was not cleaned. Upon arrival we noticed skid marks and hair on the toilet. Our booking agent Juanita was lovely and sent the cleaners in right away. However they didn’t attend to the toilet because a family member was asleep in the bedroom even through I informed Juanita he would be there and was happy for them to clean. They mopped the floor very throughly that we had to wear slippers the entire stay as we still couldn’t step on the tiles. They never came back for the toilet so we went and purchased our own cleaning products so that we could use the toilet during our stay. Another major let down was because we booked with Bookings.com we were considered private guests. We therefore missed out on room service or making any requests at all. For instance when we advised the front desk about the cleanliness issue they informed me that I had to get in contact with my booking agent instead. If we ran out of any amenities we had to get them ourselves. This ruined the luxurious feel of staying in a penthouse. Had I have known I would be considered a private guest I would not have booked with an external agent and instead directly with the place. So if you are after luxury do not book with external agents. You are left to fend for your self whether it be condiments, cleaning or room service this will not be attended to.

The lagoon pool was amazing. It kept our children entertained.

The apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The worst place we have ever stayed for cleanliness and took several emails and 4 days before it was cleaned.

The resort is beautiful, huge swimming pool and although it is located out of the centre of town it is only a short drive in and means you get a large, luxurious resort. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious but the cleanliness was a big issue and took until day 4 to be rectified. Hairs all over the bathroom floor, cobwebs and thick dust everywhere spoiled the experience.

Unfortunately there was no electricity for the final three days in the aftermath of cyclone Jasper. No communication received from owner with imminent approach of cyclone and the manager in charge of Pullman resort was not helpful when making enquiry.
