We had to supply our own beddings which was bit of inconvenience as we were travelling for leisure and paying that much money, we were hoping that beddings are supplied. Don’t think anybody Carrie’s beddings when on holidays. We travel slot and this was first time we came across where we were told to get our own beddings. Otherwise, this is a perfect place for big family holiday.

The house was in a beautiful location, it was exactly how I expected it to be the house is like something out of a movie, it's very clean and spacious, has a pool table and was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Son lost his phone in the home and the owner immediately let me know and gave it back, HUGE backyard and 2 big HD TV's, host is a great person. Thank you so much!

Ample rooms. Netflix and Wifi provided. Air-conditioning on master bedroom and living areas. Quiet neighbourhood.

Front entrance door so hard to open. Garage door control out of order leading to open and close manually. Water temperature from upstair bathroom being unstable. Downstair TV only with Netfix is not that ideal. Air conditioner/Heater control not functioning properly in master bedroom.

It located on a quiet court and had least traffice around. The house is clean and tidy with sufficient utensils. Pool table is such a bonus for a big group of teenagers staying indoor with wet weather. Back yard was tidy and clean too. Spacious rooms and living area made it very comfortable for my whole family.

dint inform us about all the bed sheets, pillows and towel is not provided. this is my 1st time stay at home stay without all the bed sheet and pillow sheet. and tell us so last minute. and then we feel being cheated. and have to pay extra $150 for all the linen and towel.

The fridge was not working properly and our drinks weren’t cold as they should have been. Freezer would not freeze even after turning to the highest level. Oven didn’t work and was dirty x we could use it fo the food we had prepared . We brought down lots of food with the intention of doing all the cooking there. Instead we had to throw alot of the food out and eat out.

We were given the wrong code . We had to sit for more than and hour form for owner to respond.
