Windows weren't sealed so got quite a bit of cold air / noise through at night. Main pool not heated which would have been incredible as such a great space.

View and location were fantastic. The layout and feel of the apartment were great. A fan in the main bathroom would have been helpful and a larger hot water tank, it struggled with a family of 4 showering.

The cleanliness of the apartment. There was no detailed cleaning done for a long time. Built up grime on skirting boards, plugs & switches. Hair on the tiled flooring & hoovering not done well at all. An empty water bottle & paper rubbish in the bedroom. It was odd that there was only one teaspoon available but lots of knives & forks. The showers also need soap dishes in them but everything else & location was great.

The view was good, getting in and out and up to our 4th floor was so easy. Using a normal key to get into our apartment was great, easy and the fob was perfect for the use of lifts and getting in and out when it was outside hours.

Location is central to the attraction. Beach right in front. The ocean view is amazing. Very secure and safe.

Rather noisy, the Tram rounding the bend, the rubbish trucks at the crack of dawn, not ideal The rooms were not very clean, they need to clean more than floors and shower, look behind toilet, behind bedside table, under bed, dust and fluff everywhere, I spent the first day cleaning dishes, cutlery and all kitchen appliances as they were filthy. If they charge top price, then the cleaning of the WHOLE UNIT NEEDS to be A grade also.

The Location is gorgeous, the Ocean views out front and river views to the rear, both were wonderful

A few small cosmetic things could be done to improve the overall appearance of the apartment, kitchen was so well equiped but only had 4 glasses which was annoying as there was 5 of us

Great amount of space in the apartment! Appliances were all new, kitchen was very well equipped and the view was incredible! Kids enjoyed the indoor pool in the cooler weather. Beach with lifeguards and flags being literally across the road was great!

The apartment was really nice , everything we needed was supplied. The location was fantastic, great view of the ocean, really close to tram stop and the trams run frequently, 2 quick stops to Cavil Ave .

There was a slight chill in the air when we stayed. With only throws/mink rugs for the bed. No duvets, it was a tad cold at night. Having duvets would have made it 10/10 for me. However, I didn't ask for duvets, I am sure if I had, they would have been provided.

Wonderful location. Amazing views of the beach and the city from the apartment which was so close to the beach, great coffee across the road, and it's only a short walk/tram into town. The indoor pool was perfect and heated to a lovely temp.

Lack of eating venues. Furniture in apartment required updating as well as dryer. Front desk gentleman was nice and helpful on one day, however became abruptly during our stay when we enquired about things.

Location was very nice. Good accessibility to public transport.

It was a little noisey being on one of the main roads & there is construction going on across the road & they start early.

Location was excellent. Tram & bus 100 metres away which was so easy to get everywhere. The ocean views were magic.
