A couple of maintenance issues that I have reported and received a reply.

Room was adequate for me travelling as a single person. Location in the resort was very quiet.

I was disappointed the bar wasn’t open on a Saturday afternoon until 4.30pm apparently. I would have liked a coffee or a cocktail earlier while we sat around the pool.

I liked the renovated room and comfortable bed. King size also and large Tv. I always love the pool there.

I was here for the Friday night Pink concert so the price was jacked up a lot! The water pressure was terrible at around 430 when everyone else who was there for the concert would have been getting ready and the water coming from the shower was non-existent. Luckily after the concert it was good again. Also the key system for the doors was down but that wasn't the fault of the staff and they were very quick to come and let me back in when I called.

The styling of the room and the prompt service from the staff to open my door. Bed was comfy too!

The whole resort is very tired and run down. The room was lovely but the ensuite was dates and a little grubby. The pool area and restaurant just really need some repair work - chipped tiles, half broken signs etc. just make it feel like you are staying on a building site or somewhere that is not taken care of. We didn't see a member of staff until the 4th day and to be honest the whole place felt deserted.

The room was lovely, a big comfy bed with a smart TV. We really appreciated the cooking facilities (microwave and toaster etc.). The breakfast was a very reasonable price for what was included and the man serving breakfast was very helpful. The pool is beautiful and very quiet so we spent lots of time there.

We were in Room 212 and there was a light outside the room shining directly through the window. Shutters are beautiful but not good for blocking out bright lights. We didn’t get much sleep, would have been better with a blockout curtain.Otherwise everything else was lovely!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated.

We believe the room we had had not been clean before we went in to it. The bed wasn’t made very well. There was a bloody tissue on the floor next to the bed and there was still a letter to the previous person that stayed there.

Cleaning wasn’t done at all in a three night stay. Jackhammering near the pool on Saturday. Staff (other than bar staff) just didn’t seem to care. There’s boxes and motorbikes and other random things in walkways and at the entrance. Like I say, it’s like they don’t care at the moment. It’s got potential though!

It’s tired but it’s just gorgeous. Lush and tropical and close to town.

Ants throughout the room ant rid ( or something like it) throughout the bathroom not great when kids are there big rusted hole in the table out on the balcony it meant that I wouldn’t allow my kids out there as I didn’t want them hurt no curtains on the big glass door ( very bright room no sleeping in for us) no lights around the pool even though it’s open until 9pm nothing around the pool area to deter mosquitoes and midges no washing machine upstairs just a dryer that had laundry detergent through it and it had a loud obnoxious squeak to it while in use

There was no cooked breakfast Sunday morning, which was disappointing..

The room was quite nice, the bed was comfortable ,good size fridge with a large freezer which was a surprise .good air conditioning.

Very little would have made this a better stay as it was in off season when I stayed at this venue. I would be happy to return to this venue.

I liked the layout, location and restaurant. Staff were very polite and helpful. While maintenance is being undertaken it did not hinder access and noise was minimal.
