very disappointing to find that some of the electronic blinds were not functioning. This was an issue as one of them was in the master bedroom. I reported this issue and was told maintenance would attend to assess. Needless to say no-one came. The dish washer was also not working. the pool was lovely but very cold. Residents told us the heating system had been broken for months.

Had problems with electric blinds not working properly, no bath plug. Lounges need replacing as they are extremely worn. No BBQ and no Wifi available. More towels would have been good for a longer stay.

Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants. Spacious apartment and clean. The pool, spa and gym were fabulous! Security is also great and underground parking available.

Some of the furniture is very old and needs replacing. Outdoor furniture. It would also be nice to have WiFi.

Fabulous place. The location was amazing as were the views. Very comfortable and roomy. Lovely to have the pool there and jetty for fishing out the front. We could walk everywhere with the kids, which was great. We will definitely come again.

The spa was cold (would have been nice to be heated) so we could use it, the pool was surprisingly not that cold even though not heated. There is not much coffee/tea (maybe even a coffee machine with a few pods would be ideal), also no salt and pepper sachets, small milk in fridge was not available on arrival. Another set of keys would have been ideal also for older kids or other couple/person staying with you

Very spacious, right on the water, clean, comfortable beds, large kitchen with plenty of space and has everything you need, front gate access, large bath, quiet, Restaurant/bar/TAB very close by at The Peninsula, close to Dolphin Quay and what it has to offer, can walk to Mandurah foreshore but a short uber drive is only around $8 each way, IGA Silver Sands also close by for everything you need. The pool and the spa outside are nice and would be a relaxing spot for the hot sunny days

It took a very long time to find our parking bay as they number order did not make sense. We had to wait for someone to come in and ask for help. Luckily it was a resident of the apartment, otherwise we would not have found out bay. It took about half an hour. We were travelling with 2 children and a baby in the car so it was quite stressful driving around the dark carpark for a long time. Once we got into the building the buzzer didnt work to open the door to the apartment block. We had to phone and eventually used the key. That would have been the downside of the whole trip, other than that everything else was great.
