There was mould and looked like bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. No coffee machine and coffee provided was minimal/ out of date and unusable

Property not maintained as well as it could be, with lights not checked/working, bit of damp smell, blunt and basic cutlery for guests etc. Seems could try a bit harder, given the price.

Good resort with some great facilities. Room was nice too and plunge pool was almost great.

The main Television wasn't working in the living space and we had planned to watch documentaries as a family on Daintree Rainforest, Great Barrier Reef, etc. Would like a few extra condiments for the kitchen

Difficult to find using map. Kept taking us around street behind resort. Also some mould on some bedroom blinds round when lowering them.

Apartment had everything we needed. Pool was great. Beds comfortable. Parking was good.

Happy hour only applies to 2 cocktails .on a few days they ran out within 20 minutes. So no cocktails left for happy hour , so Everything is full price till they remix the new batch which could take well over an hour. So overall that was real crap

Hated the bed, we stayed for 2 weeks in the room with a bed that was so hard it was like sleeping on a rock, and it was dreaded going to bed each night, my wife slept on the couch a couple of nights!

Tiling works the whole 2 weeks we stayed meant we did not have direct access to the pool. Not one day did we have direct access. Clothes horse was broken. BBQ would have been very handy as the supplies in the kitchen were minimal.

wasn't happy with car parking, was first in best dressed. One carpark between two rooms, so half the time we had to park away from our villa/room.

The water feature within the villa gave it musty smell and i would be nervous with a baby/young child that was crawling/ just walking as edge isnt protected. Would to have liked some extra condiments like a salt and pepper and maybe coffee pods for the machine. Didnt love that the toilet in the ensuite was just a glass cubicle that was very open to the master suite, but the villa has three toilets so can choose to go else where.

Very spacious villa with a full kitchen and huge master suite. Quiet location with beach access and easy access to the resort facilities. Parking available under carport for car. Towels for the resort pool provided. BBq facilities. Despite sleeping 6, extra cutlery and crockery were there to have our friends over for a meal with out getting to bring their plates etc. Liked the spa in the master suite.

Our older children after staying the week found the pillows uncomfortable & their single bed mattresses weren’t supportive. Our main bedroom was fine.

The resort was a little tired in places. We stayed for 10 days and during that time linen got changed but the apartment wasn’t serviced by house keeping. Providing some cleaning supplies for guests to use would be helpful to keep the apartment in good condition.

Some of the staff were not as friendly as others due to the apartment being privately owned. But mostly they were friendly and polite Pool side menu - chips were over cooked and wrong salad was received.

Garden access to unit balcony & side needed pruning. Was overgrown. Pillows needed replacing, were quite thin & old.

The pool, bar, restaurant was awesome. Close proximity to the beach & the loved the local cafes just around the corner.

We stayed in the private section so was quiet . Pool is outstanding, beautiful grounds. Great staff. My mother & I will be back 😊
