Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaStaying in the Pilbara you don't expect much for your money. That said, you don't expect the shoddy workmanship I experienced for the cosmetic improvements to the units at the Seasons. The backboard to the desk with electrical connections in it kept falling over exposing live wires. The cistern on the WC was not attached to the wall (it did work though) And there were nymph cockroaches in the bathroom.
Central location in Newman handy to all amenities.

Shower over bath was fine but only a small screen which did not stop water from going everywhere in bathroom. Walls between rooms very thin. Could hear the next door neighbour’s complete phone call!!

Very close to town, within walking distance of visitor centre, shops and some town facilities. The pool area was nice and big with sun lounges and open area. The staff on the front counter were extremely polite and accomodating with all services.
