Air con good downstairs but upstairs did not cover the bedrooms. Fans welcome in upstairs bedrooms but struggled in the heat. We understand it was unusually hot. Suggest some small split systems in bedrooms upstairs.

Five bedrooms, three toilets, sea views, location to the beach, good size deck, bbq close to dining/kichen, separate area for kids downstairs, pet welcome, safe enclosed rear yard.

Carol was an amazing host, friendly & answered questions/messages promptly. The spacious living area was upstairs with a lockable gate. There was a bathroom upstairs & downstairs. Close walk to the beach & beautiful views.

I wish I had known about the magpies liking to come and sit on the balcony and eat, as I have severe ornithophobia and was confined to the downstairs balcony most of the time. There really isn’t much to fault about this place at all!

The house was massive, and absolutely beautiful. The view of the beach was amazing. Everything was clean, accessible and the atmosphere was lovely. Great response time and communication with the property owner!

Wasn't really anything we didn't like maybe would have liked wifi use.

It was very relaxing there was plenty of room had a lovely stay with family and the location was good.

Great house we only had 5 but can sleep 11 easily. Plenty of room and local magpies come to get a feed too. Stole some toast from our plate haha. Very relaxing atmosphere. The shower upstairs was amazing!!!

The bins were already full from the previous visitors which made it a bit hard for us to dispose off our rubbish but council only collects bins fortnightly so not much that can be done I guess.

Location was great as between Port Elliot and Goolwa. Facilities in property great. Beds really comfy. Although not beachfront, still had sea views. Plenty of room, so each person could have their own bedrooms.

The water pressure is very bad in the showers.. don't attempt to wash conditioner out of thick/ long hair. Understand this is a water saving measure and its not a deal breaker. The DVD player doesn't work downstairs, it can't read any discs.

Excellent location, great secure backyard for dog and kids. Very friendly service, very clean house with plenty of chairs, tables and beds. The deck was lovely with a view of the beach. Lots of parking spaces. Pool table was a bonus. 3 toilets is great when staying with multiple families. Airy and bright, very enjoyable stay.

The BBQ was not very hot and there was no light over it. The door to the en-suite upstairs would not slide.

The location was good and good views. Plenty of room for the family. Great pool table and air hockey, for both adults and kids. Nice and warm on a rainy weekend. Good to have basics in the kitchen like spices, oil etc. Good large stove and big pans to cater for all. The pooch was very happy too.

It looks tired and is in desperate need of a decent clean. The bbq was rusted and dirty and didn’t work. On arrival we found a couple of broken items which we reported that day. Communication was good with the owner but perhaps they don’t know that the place has become quite grubby. Under couches and beds there is thick dust and cobwebs and i made the mistake of lifting one of the sofa seat cushions… I don’t think it has ever been cleaned under there as there’s so much food and even an icy pole wrapper under there.
