The location was beautiful and serene, very calming and relaxing to be in and around. Just a short drive away from Evan's Lookout and a short walk away from nearby bushwalking tracks, this is really a nice spot. The breakfast provisions were honestly very generous and more than we could've asked for, the lovely hosts even catered for my dietary requirements so that was a bonus. The spa bath was too good haha, really relaxing. The fireplace was perfect for our time there as it's getting colder and set the mood for cosiness, plus there was always enough firewood and kindling and whatnot. The hospitality of the hosts is impressive in that their welcome and goodbye was felt through notes of thanks for our time there.

Well stocked fridge with all your breakfast needs, replenished daily. Fireplace was amazing in winter and plenty of wood provided to keep the fire going. Staff were very helpful with assisting with anything you needed.

The grounds of the property was beautiful and very peaceful. The cottage we stayed in was cosy and very comfortable and the wood fire was the perfect touch for this time of the year. The breakfast supplied was generous and hearty and there was absolutely nothing we could have wanted for. The hosts, See & George were lovely & welcoming and if Secrets is available when we next plan to visit the BM, then that would be our choice of accommodation.

It was a little snug in the bedroom as the space was quite small. A bit difficult to get around the bed.

The provision of so much wonderful food was a delight and above and beyond. It was replenished frequently. We were made to feel very much at home and often used the outdoors communal seating to relax and read. The spa bath was divine. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable break.

The only thing was that the bed was a little hard for our liking. But that's just a personal preference.

The atmosphere of the property was old world charm. All of the little touches like the Easter chocolate and hot cross buns were lovely. The breakfast hamper had so much food and freshly made bread.. The fire was set for us and our every wish was catered for.

The Accommodation ticked all the boxes for our weekend getaway. Beautifully presented and had everything you needed. The service was fantastic and the information we received before hand was comprehensive, so if you never been to the area before you would know what to look for. The Breakfast supplies and cooking facilities where super convenient and fresh. Highly recommend this property for a weekend escape.

The rooms had character and were well equipped. The kitchenette facilities were good and the breakfast ingredients were tasty and plentiful. There were lovely touches, such as the provision of mince pies and a Christmas pudding. The owner went 'above and beyond' giving us lifts into Blackheath (which was also walkable). The cottage is very well placed for the Grand Canyon walk and in easy reach of many other trails.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Hideaway. Everything we could have wanted for was provided, and much more; we were staying just after Christmas, and the host provided a lovely hamper of Christmas goodies! The location is perfect for exploring the Blue Mountains more generally, but is also a short walk from Evan’s Lookout. The room was clean, tidy, and felt cozy, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The apartment was lovely, as was our wonderful host. We had a warmly welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. The bathroom with the whirlpool was wonderful. Also the breakfast was really good.
