Cleaning in bathroom it was clean but distinct 3 inch line of mop grime on floor where walls and floor meet as mop pushes dirt into corners all corners need a decent clean. Always a dead giveaway and makes all the difference in bathrooms.Silicone grout around bath needs rerouting only 1 or 2 tiles up not all bathroom. Otherwise like new. Major hate of mine remote not working gggrrrrr probably dead batteries should be checked by cleaning staff as a task when cleaning......relaxation is a good remote whilst resting on bed.. No microwave for a simple heat and meal .....hope these tips help

We would have liked the fridge to have had a freezer component and maybe the tv could have been bigger. Apart from that we couldn’t fault it, very much value for money 👍😊

Everything! The room was a good size for the 4 of us, very comfortable, clean and a lovely outlook towards the pool and gum trees, a beautiful setting. The pool was a big hit with the kids as well 😊

Bathroom needs updating - our shower wasn't the best, but reported to reception so should be addressed.

Very quiet, peaceful setting, no road noise. Far enough away from winery to not feel like you were at a winery all the time but close enough to walk back after tastings! Pool was lovely. Perfect place to finish a day of wine tasting in the Mclaren region! It was very relaxing to sit outside our room with a glass of vino and just watch the world go by. It's an old hotel, but this adds to the character of the place. Room was a great size for a family. Parking at the back door, seating at other door! So we weren't looking at cars while relaxing.

I booked 3 rooms early last year originally for 1 night then change it to 2 nights via messenger through booking.com notice had wrong dates again contacted to confirm changes made and were correct got a confirmation all good. I got to reception to book in and told only 2 rooms reserved for 12, 13. 3 rooms for 13, 14. Told was my responsibility to contact booking direct when making changes. Communication between booking.com, and serifinos needs improvement, not sure what else I could do. Found a spare room available so all good but disappointed, someone messed up and it wasn't

Some of the amenities were a little dated. My biggest note is to get better lighting in the bathroom for the mirror.

The property was BEAUTIFUL. The landscape was lovely and serene. I would love to come back someday.

We would have liked to eat in the restaurant but found that the restaurant (in common with many places in the area) only opens Thurs / Fri / Sat. Would also be nice if it were possible to have a buffet breakfast, however we are finding that continental breakfast in the room is more common in this area / Australia (?)

Nice room with good facilities (kitchenette), pool, cycle route, shops / cafes in nearby town, beaches also close by.

Pool area needed a bit of attention. The property is probably in need of an update but the price reflects that. A microwave in the resort room would have been handy.

Proximity to fabulous wineries and beaches was fabulous. Rooms were spacious and good value. Beds were comfortable.

Gorgeous location, very spacious rooms. Liked having little outdoor area and parking spaces at the rooms. Good mini bar selection. Loved having the pool.

Real wow factor on arrival. Setting even better than described. Restaurant served amazing meal. Lots of Aussie birds around. Good swimming pool. Great location for touring

Rooms were dated, step in bath to shower made mess everywhere. Rooms are fine but again dated.

Location was great and the lake setting very pretty. The reception staff were very helpful.
