Room noisy 24/7 as facing highway. Did not see any desk staff until leaving 2 days later. They were pleasant. Nowhere to place bag- could do with a luggage stand. Lift, front door, garage pedestrian door not secured. Easy, unsecured access to the public getting into carpark and building. I didn't like that my personal details and room card were left on front desk shelf for anyone to access. That's a huge safety risk. Phone numbers were provided on booking site, however 2 attempted phone calls were not responded to within stated working hours. 1st call diverted to Bathurst and 2nd call to mailbox.

Very clean. Good access to parking and lift to floors. Convenient location to where I needed to be.

I was very concerned about security.anyone could walk in off the street and access the lift. No swipe card required in lift and desk mosly unmanned.

For the price, even in general, superbly exceeded my expectations. Also the bed was super comfy, great area, also fantastic , staff met my everyneed, even buying me the best soy milk - bonsoy. I also only stayed 1 night yet I forgot my black candles. She knew what hospital I went to. When she dropped the sandals off. She also must have scoured around and found thimonhmmmmmmmmmmmm m mm.mm

Room a little cramped, little space for luggage. However, for Sydney excellent value for money.

Proximity to friends we were visiting. Also to Gordon station. Good underground car park.

Despite Booking shows on the website they have luggage storage - they do not. The building is located exactly between the rail and busy road - can be hard to sleep if you are not used to it. The room is really tiny. It is ok for one person of a small size but no more than this. Lots of things in the room were inconvenient as being poorly designed/positioned from usability point of view, i.e. the tap in the bathroom is right over the sink hole so when you turn it on the water is immediately splashing on you due to the tiny size of the sink and the tap position. The window with mosquito mesh was locked so only balcony door, which does not have the mesh, was possible to open. And many other similar things.

Location was perfect for my circumstance, train and bus station are less than 5 minutes walk, supermarket and some food options around. Fairly clean place. There is a very lovely cat on premises.

Room had dry rot in skirting board(212) and signs of water damage at end of 2nd floor corridor. Was not as shown in booking. com promotional photos and therefore not as roomy.

Room was unable to be accessed until around 3.45pm (45 mins after listed check-in time) as cleaner was still cleaning the room. Cleaners then knocked on our door at 9.45am (before check-out time) to ask if we were leaving soon so they could clean the room.

Excellent location - walking distance to shops, library & train station. Secure parking was great & available to be used on arrival (prior to check-in time), room was clean, tidy & well laid-out with plenty of space for us all. Check-in/out was smooth & easy!

The instructions to get into the place made me so frustrated. As someone from the country I really need exact instructions- I missed the turn as there was no sign or instructions to turn immediately after the building. It took a while to drive back around. Please rectifty this issue.

The size of the room was fine for a couple of nights but would be a bit cramped for a longer stay.

Modern fitout, comfortable beds, good airconditioning, good soundproofing from trains, on site parking but for a fee. The rooms are well furnished, but rather small. We had room with a balcony and it was nice to sit outside. Also an opening window.

Room (and bathroom) were undoubtedly small. Our usual problem in Sydney in Summer - either a very warm wool doona or a sheet to sleep under - nothing else in between.

Good value for money by current Sydney standards. Amazingly quiet considering it's jammed between a Highway and a busy railway. Not too far from shops and railway station.
