Even with the windows closed, our highway facing room was noisy. The bed was comfortable but small. It was only a double.

Seranin was in a convenient location close to family. The manager was very helpful and pleasant.

It was great I was able to secure a parking slot. However the carpark downstairs was incredibly tight to squeeze your car in between the other cars. Had to reverse backwards with both mirrors folded back or risk loosing your mirrors against the concrete posts. Tricky to get out of vehicle once parked. Other than that, friendly check in service. Lovely receptionist and management team

Renovations were happening and that made the hotel very messy and a bit noisy. The shower overflowed from the recess onto the bathroom floor and we had to use the spare towel to mop it up and stand on a dry bit. I think the drain was blocked and advised management accordingly. Signage to the entry drive was inadequate. it needs a big sign. We overshot the entry and had to negotiate heavy traffic to turn back.

The location was close to the Gordon shopping centre and restaurants. The concierge, Elisha, was very friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. She made up for the negatives.

Every thing was fine, no complaints

Flexible when I needed to park my car in their secure garage before my check-in time, having done that they finished preparing my room and I was able to check-in to my room early.

The rooms are a little on the small side, however they are very well equipped. Really, the only thing that didn't quite work for us was the bed, it was a double, we always try to look for accommodation with at least a queen sized bed. This is not a complaint of the room, just our personal preference.

The rooms and common areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff and check in was fast & efficient. Whilst our room faced the highway, the room was well insulated from any traffic noise. Underground parking was a necessity for us travelling in our car. The location was close to where we were working with our client (Chatswood). Easy to find on the Pacific Hwy.

the proximity to the railway. although the advert says there is “soundproofing”, which I’m sure there is, it is inadequate to block out the noise of the trains. that being said the pacific highway traffic on the other side is also loud and incessant. perhaps i misunderstood soundproofing to mean “soundproof”

A cloth and tea towel in the room would have been good .It was difficult at first to work out where to park in order to check in so perhaps the property could suggest where to park to check in. Parking was available and very secure.

Clean, modern, I liked the idea of the small communal kitchenette. Our room had a microwave, kettle etc but good to know you could cook up a small meal in the kitchenette if you needed to. It was within walking distance to local train station which made it easy for me to get into the city.

There was no full length mirror. Although there was an iron there was no ironing board or anywhere to to iron. There was two pillows each (4 in total for the double bed) one was soft but very lumpy, the other vas very heavy and very firm and high. Both were very uncomfortable. Bathroom fittings were in poor shape and poor design for the layout.

the room was a good size. The accommodation was a short walk to train station, the reason we stayed here as we visiting Sydney to see a live show. Stayed in a room on the railway side of the building and it was acceptably quiet.

Rooms facing Pacific Hwy were noisy, suggest requesting a room facing the railway Room was not serviced during the day (I stayed for 2 nights) but I was able to get replacement items (milk) from the front desk Difficult to contact - phone not answered when I rang, and call not returned - I was trying to confirm access details for late arrival. In the end if was OK but I was a bit anxious!

Not the worst by any means, but something different. There is no real reception. Just pick your keys up from the desk.

Good price, clean and nice rooms with everything you could want for a couple of nights stay. Close to railway station, maybe 5 minutes walk as well as Woolworths, BWS, other shops and 24 hour McDonalds!

I wasn't crazy on the bathroom, but that's more of my own personal aesthetic. Everything was very clean and they had soaps as well.

The staff were very accommodating, the room was beautiful, we barely heard the trains. It was SUPER COMFY, It was exactly as portrayed in the photos and we were visited by a cockatoo 🥰🥰 the room was also very spacious
