Maybe add some lights in the pool and BBQ place. And it was difficult to communicate with the owner when we arrived, there was no one but after a few calls she answered us, not a big problem

The apartment was beautiful, it had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, the bed was huge and comfortable and the bathroom clean. A nice living room with TV and sofa to relax

The host was very helpful and friendly going above and beyond to help us store our luggage on her day off which we really appreciated. The bed was really comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Felt like a real home from home.

everything is quite shaded and a bit “boxed” because of high fences around every appartement. this gives privacy which is nice but an area with a wider view would make it perfect. Picknick bay is not the most beautiful part but with a car it was nice in a way: a reason to go about this beautiful island and a bus stop is very nearby.

The appartement was spaceous, nice feel on the premessis.

The view from our back door wasn't very nice and the washing machines is at the back of all the units, not in the units. We didn't use the barbeque at the pool because it wasn't very clean. The pots and pans had no lids.

Very friendly staff and the unit is beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows are very good quality an very nice aircon in living area and bedroom.

There was a cockroach on our bed on the first night. Sometimes the internet does not work well. We stayed for 5 nights but only got 2 toilet rolls. My partner has to cut a face mark to use as a toilet roll.

Maybe the pool water was a bit ‘not correct’ , not sure??

Fantastic bed. Best we’ve slept on in years. Quiet and very relaxing. Close to beach. My wife absolutely loved the coffee. Couch was extremely comfortable to sit/rest on. Having access to Netflix was an added bonus too. Very rarely seen any other people. Was great. Was so good we booked another 2 nights and they were very accommodating. Will definitely book again 👍👍😎😎🦀🦐🦈🎣🍷🍻🥭

The location was very quiet so if you fancy somewhere more lively this is not the place to stay as it’s a bit of a walk from anywhere, wifi wasn’t great

LOVED the size of the property, most comfortable and biggest bed I have stayed in whilst travelling Australia, great facilities and a cute outside pool with a Bali feel to it, easy to get to in a car or the bus that runs around the island

There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment except not being able to catch a barramundi off of the jetty down the road.

The overall apartment was a good size and the bedroom itself had plenty of space. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything was well spaced out. We were given plenty of cutlery and utensils to use if required and the kitchenette had plenty of room.

the serenity apartments were in a lovely quiet location in Picnic Bay, very peaceful. the apartment was clean and spacious, an extremely comfortable bed. lovely little touches like the toiletries and the teas and sweet treat in the kitchen area. Jodie and her Aunt were so welcoming and friendly. would definitely return to Serenity if I find myself on Magnetic Island again.

Located in a nice quiet area of Picnic Bay and within walking distance of the front where the jetty, pub and restaurants are.

Such a lovely place, a large comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Sally, the owner, was so friendly and helpful! Picnic Bay has some great spots for food including a beer microbrewery.
