We liked our suit very much, it was clean and homy, everything you need at hand. The owner's extremely nice and caring. My kids surely enjoyed the pool. There is a beautiful beach and restaurants just 3 minutes walk.

One improvement could be signage. It was a tad confusing on arrival but as soon as the staff greeted us it was perfect. The room could of also done with an extra coffee pod to make it 4 (1 for each person per day) but in saying that I’m sure if we had asked they would have given us more so can’t complain.

Very private room with tons of trees and bushes around the complex. Everything was laid out with a purpose from the towels to the items in the kitchen. Coffee is from a pod machine and left with rocky road as a treat! Staff seem super friendly. Room had aircon and fans. I highly recommend this place and will probably be back on our next trip. You can tell they have put a lot of effort into making it a great place to stay.

Serenity was an exceptional find! With new modern upgrades, the room was spacious and well appointed with a bed I instantly fell asleep on and slept like a baby. Access could not have been easier and it as an ideal location being a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. Serenity is ideally placed for Picnic Bay - it is maybe 400m from the beach, restaurants, transport and local attractions.

The location was excellent as we could walk to swim, restaurants, hotel. Very convenient. Lovely spacious, private unit. Aircon was great. Our birthdays & hosts gifted us a bottle of champagne. Such a thoughtful touch.

We had a lovely welcome from the owner, the location is perfect as it’s right next to the beach and close to shops. Also the fresh flowers put everywhere was lovely.

Serenity is the perfect name for this super relaxing, calm setting. A hidden gem for sure. Great hosts - Sally gave us the most warm welcome. She’s so thoughtful and provides great advice, and is knowledgable about the island. Lovely quality bed linens and towels. Well equipped unit, SMEG appliances - kettle & toaster. Private screened outdoor terrace - table/chairs. Perfect for al fresco dining or an evening glass of wine. Lovely pool and outdoor dining area with BBQ. Just a couple of minutes from the beach and Picnic Bay Jetty. Plenty within walking distance - a coffee shop, tasty Italian and a bar/restaurant.

The place was clean and spacious. Loved the secluded court yard. Very close to the beach, pub and restaurants. Sally was very helpful and friendly. The beaches and walking was fantastic on the island. The bus made it very easy to get around.

The property was lovely and secluded. Hard to realize there were more than 3 units in the complex. Everything we needed was in the unit and there was a chook pen on the property so we were able to have fresh eggs for breakfast during our stay. The Manager-Moira was very helpful and obliging and couldn't do enough for us.

The location is brilliant - just a very short walk to the most beautiful little beach and the same short walk to one of the best and most authentic Italian restaurants we’ve been to in years!

For a property that expects its guests to clean up rubbish and dishes at the end of their stay, the cleanliness of the cups, glasses and crockery was very disappointing. There were also stray hairs and sand in various areas of the apartment, including bedrooms and the bathroom. Our biggest challenge was gaining access to Apartment 2: neither of the provided keys would unlock the only door to the apartment, and we had to find "alternative access" which only the more nimble person would have been able to manage, as there were no property managers available to contact at that time of night. If you are considering staying here, please check with the property agents that the door has been fixed, as you do not want to be left high and dry like our group almost was.

Very cool, powerful airconditioning. Minutes from the bus stop. Plenty of seating options around the table and on couches in the living room. Some coffee/tea-making provisions and bathroom amenities provided.

It was a bit outdated. We loved the place, but the apartment was a bit old. We had to search for the washing machine. We must say that our host answered our questions within minuted. So that was great.

noisy on the Saturday night - drunken neighbours and other guests wasn’t very clean - marks on bed sheets, dust, dead bugs etc can’t help the noise but cleaning could be improved then the stay would be lovely..
