We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe room was very old and dated, the bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower and hair all over the bottom. The door in the bathroom hits the lightswitch. The beds were not very comfy and although the sheets were clean the doonas had stains on them one of which looked like blood. We moved a side table to access the power point and it was so dirty. For almost $200 for 1 night I was extremely disappointed and ready to leave early.
Firstly the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We dined in the bistro which was delicious and a really great experience.

If you’re just looking for a simple, no frills room for the night and somewhere to rest your head then I would definitely recommend it. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a tv.. if that’s all you need (as we did) then this is for you. I’d definitely stay here again next time we come through town.
