Prior warning about the dogs. Being under the family home it’s also not somewhere to lounge and relax during the day or sleep in.

Very comfortable, very neat and located close to town. Owners were accomodating and helpful. A fantastic place to stay if you are intending to be active, out and exploring the region during the day.

Maybe warn people about the resident doggies. Our grandson was a wee bit scared, even though they were in the owners home, he’s a bit terrified of dogs.

The entry could be better. The garden needs to be tidied up and as my wife has a broken leg. It was slightly difficult getting to the door. However, this was no big deal for us.

- entrance (the path) to the apartment was full of tall weed - poor parking arrangement - no designated parking space and several cars stuck at the driveway - kitchenette were dirty and disorganized, spices were provided but all were expired in 2022 - lack of contact from the host prior the visit, no clear instruction how to access the apartment

We had no prior instruction where to park our vehicle or how to unlock the door, until we saw a key just laying in plain site on the dirt of the large pot plant near the door. Also unsure where to leave the key afterwards. Some other Air BnB's provide basic breakfast food, this didn't. We could hear every step from the the owners walking above on the second floor. We were woken by someone hurrying down the internal steps which were directly next to the main bedroom and directly in front of the adjoining door to the unit which we could see through the large hinge cracks so we didn't feel completely private at all times. We absolutely did not like knowing there was a large dog that would share our access to the door of the unit, despite how friendly the owners said it was unfortunately. The second bedroom is clearly decorated for young children which I can understand and is fine, however their was no cupboard space/hanging rails available for guests staying in that room apart from two little hooks over the bedroom door. Would be helpful when hanging formal clothes for a function we are attending. The king single bed in that room was also terribly hard for my teenager to get good sleep that night. Although everything was mostly functional in the unit, a few things were unfinished like some grouting or tiling in the bathroom.

Having 2 separate bedrooms was fantastic for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers! The unit was very clean. I liked that there was ample bathroom products provided for our use. Air conditioning was great. Off street parking was a bonus. Coathangers in the cupboard in the main room was very handy, a small thing but so practical and helpful. Adequate spare toilet rolls and handwash in both bathrooms. If we were staying longer and needed washing facilities it's great that the washer and dryer is provided.

The noise of people walking around in the unit above us came straight through to our apartment.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

There was a dog at the property I wasn’t aware of? friendly but didn’t want a dog at my feet when I sat outside. Also had to park beside the carport which was on a slope and as I have a knee injury would have liked to know this also in advance or be able to park under the vacant carport which was flat. Main Bedroom was great just very dark as blockout blinds due to carport behind. Love fresh air so would have loved a screen door not just glass

The double bed in the kids room are a bit small for two adults. This place might be more suitable for a couple and kids then 4 adults. It is recommended to have tissue boxes in the unit. As it is a downstairs unit right beneath the owner, please be aware if you are sensitive to the noise from above. We could hear the conversation from upstairs (it was in the afternoon though, night time was totally fine )

It was homy and clean. Great kitchen and laundry and bathroom.

The property entry and surrounds we overlooked were a bit untidy. Our friends sleeping in the Alice in Wonderland room commented that they were woken early by noise upstairs.

The property was decorated in a quirky way which showed personality.The hosts provided us with quality visions. The unit was very comfortable and suited us well for our evening in Boonah. We would recommend this place to stay to others and found the location to be great.

There was a bit if builders mess outside and on the drive which with young children was concerning if they got hurt.

Kids absolutely loved the kids room. There were stacks of different toys for them to play with. Beds were comfy and host was nice.

Fly screen on main door so you can open up for ventilation, unit got a bit stuffy. No dining table inside was a bit hard to manage with a family, outside was too windy/sunny. A bit pricey for what was delivered. $190 would have been closer to the mark

The host stated that they didn’t see the booking despite my two prior messages trying to get in contact and so when we turned up to get changed for the wedding we were attending they were still cleaning the house at checkin time. They did however allow us to do a bag drop.

It was quite noisy because of staying under the hosts home, and not really much privacy

Had everything one would need for a stay away except for a couple minor items. The thoughtfulness of having an exceptional amount of toys for young children
