The bed and pillows in our room were very tired. On this basis, we wouldn't want to stay much longer than a few days.

Access to amenities in the immediate area was excellent. Parking was excellent. Public transport is located nearby.

There was no clear signage in the car park to show designated area for conference centre vs accommodation parking.

The room was neat and spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was a very good size.

Privacy screen in the bathroom could be more of a privacy screen as if the light is on in the bathroom everyone else in the main room could see in, not a good sight if you have your kids with you.

Everything was pretty good. Only thing was the small fridge was already full of things to buy, which made using the fridge difficult.

The location was very close to Tea Tree Plaza, public transport and many different fast food options. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and a nice single person spa bath. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Lighting in the entry - arriving back at night after hours alone and the entry being dark could be a worry for other female ( or any single ) travellers

Little bit confusing finding the door to check in, after hours & didn't like the fact that because I checked in on a Sunday it meant I had no water jug in my fridge as reception was closed & that's where you get it from if you don't want to pay $6.00 for a small bottle of water.

Good location, comfy & good sized room, Spa was nice, as was balcony.

The room had a weird bathroom… it had a large glass window looking straight into the bedroom & only a semi sheer blind for privacy. not my thing.

It was convenient to family as both parents are in aged care in an area that doesn’t have a huge amount of great accommodation options.

The room wasn't get cool enough even with the aircon on the lowest setting and highest fan. The control did mention filters need to be cleaned which could have been the issue The seal of our mini fridge wasn't sealed in a couple of spots so our fridge wasn't cooling our items

The cafe was closed , even Saturday morning for breakfast . There was a coffee cart available but not the same . We had the unfortunate experience of smoke alarm going off at 1am and having to evacuate the building , it was a bit confusing as there was no staff on the premises to manage the situation so we just stood out there until the fire brigade turned up . False alarm thankfully but made for an uneasy sleep .

The pillows, the cleanliness of the room (not the old ladies fault a young lady had cleaned our room but just basic things hadn't been clean like coffee mug stains on the bench as you walk in) but most of all the fact that i needed a hot meal to be heated and they refused to heat it and said you have to have a microwave sent to your room at a cost of $10 per night, and all I wanted was one little meal heated and that's it..

Only negatives would be, I feel it needs more cupboard storage space and the toilet paper dispenser was horrible! When the rolls were full, the sheets would break straightaway once you pulled down. You had to pull the paper down with one hand and with the other poke your finger through the dispenser to turn the roll!! Very annoying. It also would have been nice to have a few plates & some cutlery and a microwave.

Room was lovely and large. They had a function on the Friday night, but it seemed to finish at 11:00pm, so there was no issue for us. Anyway, we knew it was a convention centre, so we had packed ear plugs, just in case. Bed was sooooo comfy!! Location was fantastic. Just a short stroll across the park to a 'huge' Tea Tree Plaza was perfect!

Great large room and very comfortable for our family. Fantastic bath size which was very handy. Great location on the edge of the park and close to the shops. Would definitely stay again.
