The running fan noise in the bathroom kept us awake until we had to switch the main power off at the box

I did not recall asking for a quiet room when booking and level 3 is not quiet enough so I am thinking this request(?) was not responded to. I would certainly request a higher level next stay.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Position and valet parking great.

We had a great stay at Peppers, good location close to lots of restaurants, cafes, tram at the door and a short walk to Southbank. Accomodation was clean and had everything we needed, staff were super helpful, going out of their way to help.

Kitchen crockery- very old fashioned and limited coffee, tea etc. As well as no mini bar, and ltd range available to get from hotel

was on the first floor was a tad noisey even with windows shut (can't be helped to much ) TV was hard to navigate through kept dropping out losing signal, needed to replace batteries in remote but was unable coz it was screwed. Next time would highly prefer to be above level 10 or more to experience the 360 view of the city, if it was fairly priced.

the functionality of the room was excellent, good utilities made it practical to cater/cook for yourself! all the added extras from being at home. would recommend to friends & family if staying in the city location made it easy, & when first entering the building it smelt very clean & welcoming. & dark and moody

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our breakfast. Definitely need to have a simple breakfast option.

No aircon vents in the bedroom so it was a choice between a hot stuffy bedroom or keep the door open to the living area which let the morning light through. The aircon return is located in the bathroom and was very noisy even with the door closed which made it hard to get to sleep. Breakfast was delicious but small and not much menu choice.

Small but atmospheric lobby and bar / restaurant, freindly staff all round. The Apartment and bedroom were of a good size, it was only a two night business stay so I was only there to sleep rather than use the space for an extended time or holiday but it was more than I needed.

strong fragrant smell in hall and lift- not sure if cleaning smell but it’s not pleasant . tea bags were not stocked enough of English breakfast small complaint rectified. we weren’t directed to a floor when checking in or to use room key for lift so we walked back to see what to do - only small complaints . otherwise good

Pool is smaller than it looks in photos. We only found out that parking was included j. our booking once we’d arrived and already parked elsewhere. Earlier messages from the hotel said it was more than $60 to park at the hotel.

Nice pool, although small. Lovely rooms, lots of space for our family.

parking is a problem if you don’t want to valet park. it’s right on the corner with a bus clearway out the front during the week which is tricky for drop off and pick up even though there is parking not far away. The views were over a construction site and freeway so if you are there for the views there are probably other places .

very clean (with daily service) and had excellent self catering capacity including dishwasher ,oven ,washing machine and dryer. pool and gym facilities were excellent.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms very uncomfortable at nite, we stayed in a two bedroom with family members and needed doors closed so not pleasant. Also had issues with the dryer
