Photos do not match reality. Our accommodation was sub-standard. Firstly a lot of stairs to drag your luggage up. Tidy but not clean. Dining chairs too wobbly to sit on. Fly screens that gaped and let in bugs. Non existent lounge to sit on, a bench seat with small cushions is not a lounge. Stairs to the bedroom should be illegal, steep and dangerous, couldn’t carry our suitcases up. No fan in the shower room which is downstairs, barely any water pressure in the small shower, the kitchenette is old, the bed is small and too soft, the whole place is awkwardly designed and horribly run-down and uncomfortable. It needs a lot of work to be called a luxury stay. Horrible nights sleep and a horrible stay. Not even serviced every day, which we weren’t told. We had to go and find our own towels late at night, so we could shower the next day. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The setting is different with the large canopy trees providing too much shade to the properties that mosquitoes thrive. it will be good to balance the ying and yang. The property and decor looking tired, can do with removing all the external cob webs at windows and hooks and a good clean to the floor. Sofa is very old and uncomfortable, tv console is overly large for the tight space and it doesn't even need to be there. outdoor seating can't be used after rain as soggy cushions.... happen to book it for a lower rate which is apparently an error, if at the rate at what the owner wanted to charge I wouldn't have picked this.

We really enjoyed the beach as the backyard so easily accessible. Onsite amenities: steam room, sauna and the spa is also useful on rainy or colder days.

Barking dog on top of landing blocking our access to beach. It said NO Pets? Picture is deceiving, only one of four apartments has this waterfront view.

For the price we paid you expect the place to be clean and the furniture inside updated...the table and chairs where failling apart, the outside furniture had not been cleaned in a long time as there were spider webs all over them, because of where it is there is alot of mozzies which i understand but you need proper screens on windows that completely close on all edges i was eaten alive by them which ment we had to have all windows closed up at night which was ashame when your right on the water to listen to the ocean. The shared day bed was nice to lay on but needs to be cleaned daily as the people staying with there dog would use it and leave dog hair everywhere.

Location was amazing right on the beach! The property was beautiful and relaxing.

The cottage is very dated, old and rusty furniture and appliances and totally not what we were expecting. Sand was everywhere on arrival, even in bed. Lovely Staff attempted to fix things up and we expressed our dissatisfaction and distress however owners were reluctant to compensate and offered us to leave with refund ( booking something else last min was proven to be difficult for obvious reasons). Was advertised as 4.5 star’s, but I would call it Misleading advertising.
