Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe blinds weren’t my favourite. I think black out curtains and a sheer curtain would be better than blinds. Could hear the cleaner cleaning the other apartments, banging walls and stuff, no judge to them, they’re just trying to do their job, just that it was quite loud.
Very comfortable bed, had a good stovetop and cooking utensils, etc. had a beautiful view, wasn’t too far from the centre of Port Lincoln. Didn’t wanna go home.

AustraliaThe shower for ppl with long hair these waterfall shower heads are a pain in the butt when it comes to washing your hair. Water pressure wasn't great.
Perfect for an early morning start for the shark dive tour. Easy to find. The room was very clean and tidy. I loved that they have dark towels compared to all other accommodation that have white. Loved the little extras like the breakfast cereals and sweets and also a couple of bottles of water.

AustraliaBathroom smelt terrible on arrival, however the smell did disappear! Appeared to be an ?ants nest of type on the front door step, which meant some of the bugs made it into the apartment with shoes. I’m sure they can easily be treated.
Excellent communication and host very kindly let us in as soon as it was clean. This was much appreciated as we had had early flights and were desperate for a nap! They also allowed us a late check out which was amazing. Lovely to have snacks in the apartment. Lots of fresh fluffy towels available. PERFECT location for shark cage dive! Office is 30 seconds around the corner. Lovely quiet location, but very short drive from the cafe/shops etc.
