Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe both can’t think of anything we didn’t like, even having the DVD player with a selection of DVD’s was so cool. I couldn’t come up with a single suggestion to make the stay any better.
We loved how cosy and homely it felt. True to the nature of blue mountains cottages. We loved the spa bath! Was such a nice and luxurious touch, and the heating was absolutely exceptional! It made the stay so much more comfortable and toasty! The port was a heavenly touch too!

SwitzerlandBreakfast was adequate but would have been better value if there had been say cold cuts and/or fresh fruit, not just bread and cereal. The room was chilly but on the other hand electric blankets and heaters were provided, and it was the middle of winter in the mountains.
We enjoyed two nights in the charming, well-appointed studio at the bottom of the garden. The location was good for the town and the sights, particularly if you don't have a car. Check-in was friendly and efficient.

AustraliaThe living areas were a touch dark and, unfortunately, my partner had a very bad allergy as a result of the dust contained in the rugs. This led to a higher than usual use of toilet paper, as there weren't any tissues available. We made a polite request that we take a roll with us when we left, and, somewhat surprisingly, the manager rung us shortly after to check on the whereabouts of the toilet paper.
We really enjoyed the period style decor and the spacious, well appointed living spaces. The kitchenette and bathroom were both excellent facilities and the welcome port and chocolates were a nice touch.
