We both can’t think of anything we didn’t like, even having the DVD player with a selection of DVD’s was so cool. I couldn’t come up with a single suggestion to make the stay any better.

We loved how cosy and homely it felt. True to the nature of blue mountains cottages. We loved the spa bath! Was such a nice and luxurious touch, and the heating was absolutely exceptional! It made the stay so much more comfortable and toasty! The port was a heavenly touch too!

the only TV is in the bedroom which risks falling asleep whilst watching a show!

beautifully appointed. comfortable bed with very warm blankets. ensuite bathroom with all necessary requirements. separate lounge/ dining area with electric fire, small fridge and breakfast makings updated daily. gorgeous garden and excellent location

Everything was provided for breakfast, great choices. The furnishings were totally quaint and so comfortable. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Bathroom and shower facilities excellent. On the whole excellent accommodation.

The mattress was a little hard for our taste, otherwise everything was great!

Loved the extra sitting room space with fireplace. Super cosy on the colder nights 😁. A couch Infront of that fire would have been so good!

The furniture and upholstery looks old, and the colors (sofa and carpets), are dark, though clean, gives a unclean image.

The Breakfast provided was delicious. I especially enjoyed the raisin toast. I especially enjoyed the added bonuses such as the port which we enjoyed every night as well as delicious cake awaiting us the next day. The room was luxurious and the atmosphere of the whole place was definitely inviting.

Breakfast was adequate but would have been better value if there had been say cold cuts and/or fresh fruit, not just bread and cereal. The room was chilly but on the other hand electric blankets and heaters were provided, and it was the middle of winter in the mountains.

We enjoyed two nights in the charming, well-appointed studio at the bottom of the garden. The location was good for the town and the sights, particularly if you don't have a car. Check-in was friendly and efficient.

The living areas were a touch dark and, unfortunately, my partner had a very bad allergy as a result of the dust contained in the rugs. This led to a higher than usual use of toilet paper, as there weren't any tissues available. We made a polite request that we take a roll with us when we left, and, somewhat surprisingly, the manager rung us shortly after to check on the whereabouts of the toilet paper.

We really enjoyed the period style decor and the spacious, well appointed living spaces. The kitchenette and bathroom were both excellent facilities and the welcome port and chocolates were a nice touch.
