Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRoom booked was not what room that was described in booking details & photos. Patio had garden in front was not one with access to lagoon like other rooms. Also a private function was booked at restaurant which we were not advised about on checking in the day prior so when wanting to dine at restaurant was advised this was not available. Reason for booking was so there was no need to dine outside of resort.

AustraliaFacilities in room not up to par considering this is a 5 star property. Body shower gel bottle was empty when we arrived, the room phone was not working, there was no USB charger. There was a wireless charger, but it was not working either. Mould in the bathtub.

AustraliaThe carpark cost came as a surprise. It would have been nice for this to be included in the cost of stay.
My wife and I were staying only for 1 night at the Hotel as we had booked the Hot Air Ballooning experience, which included the buffet breakfast at the Hotel. Even though it was a short stay, we were impressed with the swim-up-bar, room and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. We'll definately be back.

Air con in room 3098 was very noisy, so much so, that we had to turn it off. Windows of this ocean view room not clean. There was a very strong musty smell in the hallway / walkway to the bedrooms.

AustraliaI would never have paid so much for our room (1097) if I had of realised it wasn't on the pool. The 'pond' outside the door was disappointing. There was mould in between the tiles in the shower. I had a huge cockroach in the room. Even though the pool area was quiet due to the average weather it was very difficult to get served at the bar or by one of the waiters.
The food is always lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable.
