It was a beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean property. Consideration for short term visitors was covered with very generous provisions and basic groceries. We loved the position of the property so close to both Queens park and café options in walking distance . We relaxed and enjoyed the ambiance of the cottage with all its comfortable and quality furnishings. Many thanks Karen 🦋

My only concern was after paying for what on Booking.com was the same price for up to 5 people ( we were just 2) the owner sent a message saying to sleep in the same bed each night or I would be charged an additional fee. On this occasion I was travelling with my husband so we only planned to use one bed but on other occasions I travel with my mother which is why I book houses with more than one bedroom. Probably best if you are in that situation to note it in the special requests so everyone knows before the rental starts.

This is a lovely, immaculately clean cottage with a fabulously equipped kitchen. The street is quiet and within easy walking distance of Queens Park and resturants in the city centre. As others have noted the off street parking can be tight to get into but if you are stuck there is free street parking in front of the house. I would recommend this house.

Beautiful restored old cottage. Very clean and great location. The cottage has everything and more that you would need. Megan was fantastic to communicate with and even messaged when cottage was available earlier. Highly recommend Sierra Cottage.

Sierra Cottage is just beautiful and has everything you need for a short-stay. Fully equipped kitchen and it was lovely to have a loaf of fresh bread and milk provided for us on arrival. Megan is delightful as property manager, providing very clear information to ensure that we had a very comfortable stay. The cottage is super clean.

Everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Megan was wonderful to deal with, highly responsive. Such a pleasure to go somewhere and love everything and feel like you got your monies worth.

The house was conveniently located in close proximity to shopping centres, parks, and the hospital. It was very clean, comfortable and aesthetically presentable, with the interior appearing new and recently renovated. The photos included do not do justice to the beautiful living space. The kitchen was well equipped with an assortment of tea/coffee, cooking spices, toiletries and cleaning apparatus. A great variety of complimentary breakfast basics were also kindly supplemented. Megan (the property manager) was delightful and was prompt in her responses, and she was very helpful throughout our stay. During our stay, we had lost a valuable item, which she had managed to locate and kindly helped by posting it back to us. Overall, there was nothing to fault, a wonderful experience.

Sierra Cottage is stunning! It has everything you need plus more. Meticulously clean, beds are super comfortable with quality bedding and the showers were amazing. Luxuriously appointed with heating, cooling, fans, extra rugs and pillows. 2 mins walk to the park. Megan was available to help with any issues (not that we had any) and communicated well. The Tim Tams, fresh bread and milk were a lovely touch, and of course the coffee pod machine and large selection of teas. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

An exceptional cottage. On arrival, our hosts had provided milk, bread and even Tim Tams! I would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in booking again. Megan was so helpful and organised everything. Instructions to get into the house were clear and the cottage was clean and very well presented. A lovely little stay!

The cottage is superb! It has everything you need. All the little things have been thought of. It is clean, tidy, modern fittings & appliances. It has been recently renovated and they absolutely nailed it! Great communication from Megan before & just before checking out. Thanks for a great place to stay over Christmas.

Not a thing…. It’s great

We loved this cottage. It is warm and cosy. The beds are comfortable and warm. We thought the host was very generous leaving some supplies of bread, milk, eggs and other goodies for us. This is great to have on arrival and makes it easy to settle in immediately. The cottage has everything you could need including a coffee machine and pods, not every place does this. The location is in a nice street in a nice leafy part of town. The communication with Megan was first class. She was brilliant in keeping us informed on everything we needed to know. We felt safe, comfortable and welcomed. A great place to stay and highly recommended by us.
