The TV did not have Netflix and other channels. Only limited channels were available.

Having a safe in hotels etc. is so common, I was absolutely shocked that the safe in the wardrobe was not for our use. Travellers usually carry valuables of one type or another, so a safe is essential. Also, a manual for the washer is also essential - I did look for a manual on-line, but couldn't find one. It was called a washer/ dryer, but it truly wasn't a dryer. How does one wash sheets and towels without some type of drying facility?

The aircon system was not great. It was very hot when we came into the room turned it on and left the room. Came back after a few hours out and it was as if the aircon turned off. The system then wasn’t turning on at all. Had to call reception to come and look he turned it back on but the fan was at a low fan speed and the receptionist said it doesn’t go higher but the speed was not enough to feel the cold.

The location was great. Not having to pay for parking which you don’t see a lot of these days. Cleanliness

We were unable to leave bags at reception or any other place connected to our place of stay and as our homeward flight was not till much later in the day, this was really inconvenient as we had to carry all our luggage with us all day. While Broadland Apartments are really convenient and a very well appointed, lack of a left luggage facility will influence any further bookings.

We were unable to borrow a weight scale for our luggage on my departure day as the concierge lady said we were not directly book the room from the hotel, so they could not lend it for us to check the weight of our luggage.

Overall great value for money, you just have to make sure you follow the instructions carefully when picking up the room card from the car basement and the directions to parking, once you are familiar everything is a breeze 😊

The first thing that we liked was the location, so many restaurants, food outlets and shopping precincts and access to public transport all within walking distance, then the accomodation itself had everything we needed clean and modern with the added bonus of free car park and a secured building with friendly and helpful staff at reception. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back again.

Tableware could be amended as there are probably also four-person set-ups renting the place. We did miss normal wine glasses and hope the owner will take care after a note.😀 People sleeping in the living area could benefit from proper blinders, but it was not an issue for our kid.

Good layout for a holiday apartment. The washing machine was a blessing after ten days on the road. The location is close to the metro station, so it's easy to reach the center. Free coffee downstairs was the bonus we enjoyed as we had to work some hours before to enjoy Sydney.
