I could not find fault with anything.

I loved everything about this property. It is such a thoughtfully designed, clean and well equipped space with it's high ceilings and natural wood floors. The views overlooking the lake with it's resident ducks and beautiful trees was simply stunning. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The bottle of complementary wine and the breakfast supplied was very much enjoyed and appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the two person spa was lovely. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay at this chalet and would love to return someday.

Very remote and as cellar door and restaurant not open currently there was not a sole around. Even upon check in we had to drive to each Chalet and eventually found the keys in the door, so hoped for the best this had been allocated to us. A tin opener is required in the Chalet but seemed like everything else covered. Due to the remote location be prepared for any type of wildlife as we saw 2 snakes in the one day. One even came up onto our verandah. The Chalet phone did not work and there was no phone coverage for Vodaphone users.

Stunning property and good continental breakfast provisions supplied. Chalet was decorated magnificently. Very peaceful spot with wonderful views over the lake and hearing all the birds. Lovely linen and towels. Nice toiletries provided. The kitchen was well equipped. Top notch fittings throughout the Chalet. We stayed in The Cabernet Chalet which was decorated in White linen and furniture. Would love to return and will recommend to others for a couples retreat.

The chalet needs a thorough clean and pest control service. Dust under the floor rug next to the sliding door, spider web/dust under the patio, dirt/dust in the sliding door track, a cockroach on kitchen wall, hair and stain in spa, fitted sheet not straightened and has some body odour, issue with WiFi connection on arrival (Called, service arrived and fixed in a reasonable time frame) Some locally baked bread would be nice instead of a loaf of white tiptop.

Location and the view from chalet. Very comfortable furniture. Super easy self check-in and check-out. Breakfast hamper including a bottle of wine on arrival.

Only suggestion would be to make it clear in the welcome message or booking whether the wine and juice were also complimentary. Ultimately we drank these anyway but weren't sure.

Was perfectly secluded and private. Which meant a quiet getaway for my fiance and I, which is exactly what we needed.

We went to cook on the bbq Webber outside on the balcony but it had a run out of gas so we had to go to a place nearby to use a bbq. I don’t believe there is fish in the lake, we bought our own gear but no bites. Went to rac karri valley resort and caught some within minutes

The location was absolutely stunning, great place to stay at for my wedding anniversary. The breakfast hamper, milk in the fridge and bottle of wine was a lovely touch upon arrival. The big spa bath was amazing and the robes with slippers were a nice touch. Overall very happy with our stay, we would come back.

No Fishing gear as stated. And I don’t think there is much or any fish there in the lake, no dryer or microwave although has a small oven. A lot of spider webs but that’s ok for me. It is the bush. Spiders are actually good to catch other bugs. Not much entertainment. No stereo. Sub to tv not connected. TV remote didn’t work and didn’t have apps like YouTube or Netflix. In saying that this place is really for just chilling after a long drive in the Karri forest.

Love the birds and fresh air. The stars at night and the lake reflecting the trees and sky. The fire is comforting and the spa is very good. Bed is comfortable with lots of pillows and the couch is very big. I highly recommend the drive to windy harbour and the 10 min walk up Chudalup mount on the way. Buy some local advocados. The bottle of wine supplied is a nice touch as well as a little food and drink in the fridge.

Everything was lovely; the only thing was being able to contact the hosts easily while we there. There was a loose trapdoor at one point and I tried the number on the website (admittedly only once); it went straight to a voicemail and I didn’t hear back, so not sure if they got the message. However this didn’t impede our stay; just noting it for the host 😊

The breakfast hamper was great - so handy for our first morning after arrival; eggs and fruit all very fresh - lovely to have the selection of jams and coffee pods. Spa bath might be the best one I’ve ever tried - super comfortable and roomy. And you’ll never tire of sitting outside, with the stunning lake and views

Some little things (chandelier, rubbish bin cabinet door) were out of order, but overall, an excellent place to have a comfortable active stay. Not sure if the lake still has any fish in it, all numerous effects did not return a single bite :) Also, just a little note, that the bathroom vanity drainage pipes would benefit from a little unblocking.

It was very good, the accomodation, the lake. Would benefit from some bush walking tracks over reasonable distances.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but it would be nicer if the bath/shower gel soap was promoting the region, or even Australia.

The welcome basket of wine, bread, milks etc were a really lovely touch. The location is beautiful and the chalet had everything we needed and more. We didn't see anyone at all and felt like we had the vineyard to ourselves.
