We used the kitchen equipment to cook and the fry pan was dirty- I left all the equipment a lot cleaner than what I had!

We had a great time here with our dog. Lots of good walks around the property and it had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. It got chilly at night but the house was nice and warm.

Required to vacuum the property but the vacuum provided has no pole so I had to vacuum on my hands and knees. Had to wash the dishes before using them because all the tongs and some of the cutlery had food still on them from previous users.

Nice clean cottages, amazing bathroom and view from the spa to the bush! The deck area out the back is huge and overlooks the adjoining bush land. The kitchen is well appointed and user friendly.

Didn’t have enough hot water after having a bath The road in was really rough, although not the fault of the facility it was the only thing that would make me reconsider coming back.

Originally stayed at Banksia cottage. My son was in the bath for 20 minutes, my wife then got in and had an electrical tingle from the tap while she was in the water. We were moved to the next available cabin and the same thing happened the following night! We told the caretakers that this needs to be reported to Western Power as it can be very serious. Not sure if that's been done but haven't heard back in over a week from the owners or anything regarding a refund. We felt we did not have a relaxing two night stay as you can imagine as using a house revolves around touching metal taps. Found the RCD in the unit we originally stayed in was also faulty. Not good and I worry this hasn't been rectified for future families. Won't stay there again. Ever. $640 wasted on a stressful trip

The only thing we could fault was the fridge was missing shelves which made it hard to store items and we tried to vacuum before leaving but the Dyson kept playing up.

Loved the location. Loved the isolation from other cabins. It was very spacious and the spa was amazing. Also loved the outdoor shower. My dogs also loved playing in the dam.

The place was filthy. Seriously. Inside and out. If you can’t handle cobwebs, this please had them literally everywhere. The outdoor furniture was covered in old bird poo and we had to scrub them ourselves to be able to sit on them. The soles of my feet were black from the inside floors. This place also has an open bathroom, with no door. This was not shown in pics or disclosed. Not that suitable for a group.

We liked the location - just off Bussel highway, close to a lot of venues like beer farm. Cowaramup was just up the road. The cabin itself was spacious, and had good aircon in the main living area. You can’t see any of the other cabins so it’s very private.

Power cut for 5hrs one evening( I got scared as its remote location) water went off for an hour so couldn’t shower one morning but showered later in the day.

Nothing - Everything was perfect

The Property is absolutely lovely with beautiful trees, views and just a perfect atmosphere. We were secluded in our Cottage, felt safe and my dogs loved it. We had the best time ever and will definitely be back. The cottage was clean, had all facilities, beautiful wood fire, wood supply, spa bath, open plan living, balcony with an outside enclosed area for dogs. So close to Margaret River with all the lovely Tourist attractions. Will definitely be coming back, thankyou so much.
