The lighting wasn't great in the room.

The front office staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was a good size and the bed was reasonably comfortable. My room had a parking space right in front of it which I appreciated. The front office staff was helpful in terms of helping me find a spot to watch the sunset. I was a short drive from most things I wanted to see.

Quite old and in need of a bit of TLC, shower very hot but did flood the bathroom, suspect electrical items, light in bathroom had no shade, cracked sockets, needed a good clean of carpets behind bed, but ok for the money. Local wildlife likes to run over roof during the night 😂

Great location in the edge of town close to main attractions and mountain walks. Perfectly adequate for a short trip to the mountains and surrounding area.

Finding the place at night is a little difficult with minimal lighting, so you could miss it entirely despite Google Maps at night. Overall, not much to complain about for my short stay.

Generous sized room, double bed and great in room facilities, with hairdryer and great shower. Plenty of desk space, fridge, heating/cooling and microwave with plenty of usable power points. The pool was a great treat after my hikes around the area. Dedicate parking spot and located just a short drive to the town's centre. Happy overall.

The heating/cooling was not easy to set. The room was too warm during the day, but the nights were cool, bordering on cold and damp so the room heat needed to be on. Switching between cooling and heating was not easy, even with help from staff.

The location was good and the price was reasonable. The pool was really appreciated.

My room, like most rooms, is on the ground floor, and the door opens to the bed, making it somewhat awkward. Because parking is right in front of the room, there's a lack of privacy and I had to close the curtain of my room most of the time. The property advertised that they provided breakfast on premise for an extra cost, but we found out later that this service had been cancelled.

The room is nice and clean and somewhat small. It's a typical hotel room with a double bed, a small table and a desk. The air conditioner is good. I like having access to some basic kitchenware in the room: the utensils, plates and bowl, the microwave and water boiler. The staff is lovely and accommodating.

I think the Mattress is due for changing a little lumpy in room 48 the other thing that needs checking is the website said office closes at 10pm but its 9pm , other than that the room was perfect,

everything was perfect and the staff went above and beyond they were extremely nice and had everything very clean inc. the pool and area as well as the BBQ facilities maybe the best setup yet , we really appreciate what you did for us, a big thank you, can I say this is the first time we have seen our plates and bowls etc replaced not washed in the sink, that is an example of the cleanliness, they seem to be a effort on making these rooms better with ongoing maintenance which is perfect, the location is perfect as well easy access to everything as in town with paid parking and rather cramped thanks again

The convenience of the location. We didn't get to meet the staff but they made check in easy, charged the card and left the key in the room (we were arriving after office hours). Kids loved the pool!
