Bathroom in the section we stayed in was horribly outdated but rest was fine. Beautiful view and pool made up for it. Staff are lovely but there were quite a few minor issues with communication

The view of the infinity pool in front of the beauty of Mindil Beach, especially at sunset, was spectacular.! Bed was very comfortable.

We stayed over the weekend of bass in the grass. Our room that was typically $300 a night, was $500 a night.. This might have been reasonable if the entire lagoon pool was not closed for maintenance the duration of our stay (5 days)

Enjoyed both pools especially the infinity @ sunset the room was spacious clean, and the bed was comfortable.breakfast menu was adequate.

We did have to ask housekeeping to place suction cups or tape on the wheels of the bed as it kept moving when you sat on it.

Superb location, tropical surroundings, gorgeous gardens, very well maintained. Spa bath in the room was divine with the newly renovated lagoon pool was amazing, particularly with the swim up bar. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant (dragon Court) was extremely noisy and wouldn’t go there again. Their food was good though.

It had everything that we needed. The facilities were excellent. Restaurants good and food tasty.

The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets weren't of quality. We were at the motel at 1.00 having lunch and couldn't check-in till after 3pm which was annoying. The boom gate wasn't working to secure our car. It eventually worked so we moved the car. I think $285 is extremely overpriced for a spa room.

I liked the Vue restaurant and the room was a good size . Room service was great.

A lot of the facilities are tired and unmaintained. Meals and drinks expensive. $28 for a club sandwich with chips?? Gates to beach locked so beach inaccessible from hotel itself... disappointed.

Location, restaurants, pool and gambling facilities are great. Thursday and Sunday beach markets right next door.

The Rooms are a bit outdated and some minor things faulty like towel rack and could do with a deep clean. Overall, pleasant and value for what we paid. No Mini Bar in room. Had to pay for bike hire. I feel this should be included. Would have liked to use the spa but was too pricey.

The Staff Were Great, Got checked in Earlier than planned. They were very very helpful with holding our bags and anything else they could do. Benefits of being a member are good. Infinity pool was great and being able to have a drink and food. The Sandbar, Il Piato and Sports bar had great service and food A Bottle of Water was Provided in the fridge Clean towels came a bit late in the afternoon each day but housekeeping were so lovey and helpful when we asked for anything at all and provided what we asked for when we saw them in the hallway. Laundry Service - Can do yourself or submit laundry bag.

We were told the lagoon was under maintenance so we couldn't take the kids down for a swim. My Husband tried to book a table at the casino or my surprise 40th but was not able to unless he paid a deposit so he had to make a reservation elsewhere. Even though the room prices were reasonable when booked online, the added $200 room deposit sent us over the budget and came out of what we would have spent on the casino gambling floor.

The friendly staff at the reception and the accommodating staff at the Lagoon Spa. The Bar staff made me my favorite cocktail even though it wasn't on the menu but it did come with eye-rolling which made me reluctant to go and get any more.

Rooms are old, hotel in need of renovation. Funny damp/mould smell coming through air vents. Lagoon pool was closed for maintenance.

Over priced for the low season (Wet season) in Darwin at 200 dollars a night.

Great friendly check in staff. The room was comfortable and of a high standard.
