Nothing I don’t like about it

I’ve stayed here a few times now and every time it meets my expectations. Staff are friendly. The property is clean and tidy and it smells lovely. I was very pleasantly surprised by the bottle of wine and chocolates I received because it was my birthday and a return guest.

My initial room was smelling when I turned the dishwasher it was so bad we had to request for a room change. The room they gave me after was good enough. Also bedsheets dust/lint was everywhere on the tables need cleaning done properly.

The hotel’s aisle and the foyer smell too much fragrance which makes us allergic. Suggest not to use too much fragrance as some guests are sensitive or allergic.

Hard to think of - maybe a little more space to get a wheelchair around the lounge rooms but really I loved it.

The room we booked actually had a small double bed. Most hotels usually mean two king singles together when they say a double so we needed to upgrade to a king room and had to pay extra.

The staff were wonderful. Very fri3ndly and welcoming. Paulin was very helpful and resourceful. The room was clean and everything was well arranged. Next time, I will definitely use Skye. This morning also the staff I met was really friendly. He even helped me print out a document. Well organised settings

I can’t think of a single thing to fault this hotel! Nothing not to like!

First we were greeted as returning guests by THE most wonderfully attentive and welcoming staff, and then advised that we’d been upgraded to a stunning suite, with beautiful views of the pool area. And discovered a surprise bottle of Prosecco on ice ❤️! Nothing was too much trouble and we had the most wonderful stay. Other things to love: Easy to access the hotel; ample secure parking; gorgeous facilities and pool; incredibly clean and spacious, perfectly appointed rooms; a coffee machine!; super comfortable beds; and all in a location that’s hard to beat (just a few minutes walk to train and bus transport, so easy to get to and from Olympic Park, and even closer to Westfield shopping Centre and restaurants). There’s so much to like and I will always recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The bathroom was dirty and falling apart. The reception desk staff on the residential side of the property were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Rooms were not cleaned well. Bed not made neately, sheets to small or maybe put on the wrong way? Toilet paper not replaced and not all rubbish taken away.

There is a slight lack in towel hanging racks (for the 6 people allocated to our room).

Lovely, friendly, and helpful staff members gave us the best start to our little getaway. Our room was very clean and so were the other public facilities (pool, spa, gym, and sauna). Highly recommended. Very close to the Parramatta train station.

Car parking was very costly. There are some paid car parks in the surrounding and off street. But I think parking should be provided to the guests without charge or at a minimal rate.

Great location. Only small walk to Westfield Parramatta and public transport. Great housekeeping facility.
