Kitchen cabinet could use some cleaning. The check in procedure is a little bit too ‘personal’, need to coordinate the check in time and meet up with host for the check in procedure. The check out is complicated as well if you drive. I had to move the car from residential parking to mall parking through roller shutter and boom gate, then returned to apartment to return the keys, then back to my car via mall. However for the included parking, that’s a bullet I can bite.

Nothing! I loved the property

Amazing views of the mountains! Especially at the break of dawn! Only a 11 minute drive to the M1 freeway, easy to get in and out of the freeway avoiding most of the peak hour traffic. It is definitely situated in convenient location with shops and restaurants within a 2min walk & a cute Korean-style convenience store below the building as well!

The lounge sofa bed, not very comfortable and linen to make it up.

On The Glen shopping center doorstep. Close to dining options and central to what we needed. Good host communication.

There was one big stain on one of the beds, I know they have cleaners come In straight after check out.. maybe the stain couldn't be washed out who knows.. that was the only minor put off but luckily they had spare sheets that you can tell we're clean.

It was wonderful, literally next to The glen mall which we loved, pools was great and sauna.. clean and lovely beautiful interior. Host Albert was amazing, communicated well and instructions was very helpful. Parking was East access one you figured it out. The whole place was beautifully set in convenience to restaurants.

It would have been good to have towels to use at the swimming pool supplied with the room. The kitchen was equipped for 4 people however we booked and paid for 5 to stay. It would be good to have a key return box instead of getting the car out of the parking and then having to return to the room with the keys.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic and nice and clean and spacious. The view was superb to the Dandenongs and Albert was very helpful on check in. the private parking was perfect and easy to access. We would stay again at your condo. There are plenty of eating places nearby

Some items needing to fix such as electric roller blinds, lock on balcony door and faulty keycard for carpark entry.

Comfortable, convenient, suitable for family travels with young children. The property was well equipped including detergent for laundry and dishes. Parking included.

No complaints, our room had a great view of the dandenong ranges so we were lucky!

Clean, modern design. Smaller than photo but comfortable all round . Close to Glenwaverly train station, and right next to major shopping center which has all the eateries, coles , woolies and so many shops inside . Secure stay, classy , considerate neighbour's who are quiet and polite . Crockery provided as well if you wanted to cook own food. Jenny was friendly and helpful and always available if needed.

There was only one sofa for 2 double bedrooms. If there were two couples someone would have to sit on a kitchen chair. The glass on the balcony didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. A shame because the view at sunset is lovely.

Sewage smells coming through the pool area and steam rooms.

Apartment was beautiful. Great views of Mt Dandenong's. Outdoor dining district at The Glen was practically at our door step! Walking distance to everything we needed in Glen Waverley.

Would be helpful to be provided with a second set of towels as standard for pool use so you don't have to reuse your pool towel to dry yourself when you shower to clean yourself after swimming. However, I contacted staff at the start of the trip requesting additional blankets and towels and they provided them without hesitation within 24hrs. Excellent customer service.

Apartment was well stocked with everyday cleaning/personal hygiene consumables and cooking utensils - very helpful. Staff were polite, accommodating and fast to respond to queries. Location and views were fantastic. Shared pool facilities also nice and modern.

We found there were some marks on the bedsheets and the carpet also had quite a bit of dirt.

Excellent location. Great facilities. Kids love the swimming pool. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Staff was very helpful and responsive when we requested extra blankets. Very pleasant stay.
