The shower mixer tab was super old and broken. Impossible to adjust the water temperature. Ended up wasting too much water, while having an unpleasant shower experience.

There was kettle and tea/sugar, but no cups or glasses to drink out of. Pointless providing kettle if nothing to drink out of. Restaurant closed.

Advertised as a bar and restaurant with facilities, these were all closed and looked like not an option anyway. Suggest the advertising needs updating to reflect so that people are not expecting the use. Very run down place, but was expected.

No longer does any meals. Only one staff member on site to handle reception, cleaning, gardening (huge lawn areas) and customer service issues. Seems that the owners are minimising costs to maximise profits and it's showing in the overall appearance of the property.

On line credit card fees? Really? Saved some money and booked through Booking.com for same room rate with no fees. Suggest you do the same 😊

The fact that the reception/gaming and kitchen area was all shut down! I don't know if it was due to renovation but closing everything down it the peak season?

There were no staff at the premise. Office/reception was closed at all times. There was no one to contact if we needed something. The common room they highlight so much in their website was nowhere to be seen.

Location was great for where we were going, although our timing meant nothing local was open! There's plenty of parking space and the room was great. It's an older style place but very clean and in good condition.

The property is run down and not well maintained. With the lack of a ski season at Mt Selwyn the last few years, you might empathise. But with the influx of Snowy 2.0 workers, Adaminaby is doing well. The Restaurant and Bar are advertised as Facilities, but they have been closed for some time. Also, there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom, which required me to keep the door shut and block the sink and shower inlets.

The room was large and clean. Comfortable queen bed, a large TV and a powerful split system aircon.

Lack of Cups in the room

The ratings for this property were low so my expectations were also low but I needed somewhere in Adaminaby. The accommodation was not flash or new but it was comfortable and provided all that we needed at a reasonable price. We did need to ask for coffee cups as there were none in the room but they were willingly provided along with some very tasty new seasons cherries. No restaurant or bar on-site but both available just up the road

Disappointed to rent a room that was meant to have been recently renovated and had obviously not been. There was also no restaurant, bar or breakfast available as advertised.

Not being made aware that the warm, friendly, gather-round-the-fireplace atmosphere of the 'Resort' and have a meal at our restaurant was a COMPLETE and UTTER FICTION. The room was cold, despite cranking the split-system up to the highest heat setting and leaving it on for an hour before returning to the room from having to eat out elsewhere as the featured on-site 'restaurant' was closed. If you can't warm the room, at least put an electric blanket on the bed!!!!! Putting 3-5 blankets on instead is just uncomfortable with all the weight.

Linen clean, but cold summer sheets. (flannelette winter sheets would have been nicer/warmer). Stains on the armrest of the couch should be cleaned off.
