Too few bathrooms for the dorms.

Great location in West End, Brisbane. Setting of the hostel is nicely done, and all common areas are quite nice: spacious kitchen with lots of outside seating, a pool and even a small workout station. Price cannot be beaten in the area.

There was always a strong smell of cannabis at night especially around our bedroom area.

This was our first hostel stay due to an Air B&B scam and overall it was a nice experience. We had our private double bedroom which was small but had all we needed for 3 nights. The shared toilets overall were okay, and the female toilets were really lovely for a hostel. Overall very clean. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Kitchen area was very spacious and there was always something going on. I’d recommend to book.

I didnt like that the shuttle service from the station was not running due to the holiday. Guidance for the public bus as an alternative would have been helpful for arrival.

The room was very nice with plenty of storage areas, privacy and a mini fridge. It was nice having the free crepes on Easter Sunday. The neighborhood & city views were also good.

I know it is the concept of backpackers shared facilities but we were lacking some basic equipments such as a small fridge maybe and shelves. The rooms were just beds and a fan.

One guy hispanic speaker in the night shift, he was making fun at our accents and our necessities. Mattress was really hard.

Kitchen didn’t provide basics like salt or oil. Hot AF in the summer with no AC.

The mattress was very thin, no air on (fan was provided). Also it was quite noisy, also during the night.

Small double rooms but big enough for 2 people and luggage. Large kitchen. Very clean showers and always hot water.

Quite far from city, was very loud at night. A lot of people were staying there long term and it was difficult to stay as everyone already had friends

The drains stunk, eggy smell in the shower. There was a very strong clique when we stayed that played really awful music inconsiderately to others staying. Reggaeton can be fun but having the same songs blasting while people are having a chilled afternoon isn’t the one.

The overall vibe was really pretty and fun. It can be abit confusing where everything is and the best route to it but having it as an outdoor stay, even in the rain, was lovely.

No hot water at night or in the morning, reported to reception and she discounted the room rate. Was very unexpected but extremely appreciated

Privateroom was tiny, hot and smelled bad, like dirt (even tho it appeared clean. No mosquitonet in the window so at night fellt like oxygen was running out

Huge kitchen to cook food, nice hang out areas, all tho didn't spend time in there since we were only 1 night. Location was nice close to Westends mainstreet, but quiet. Staff was nice :)

Very homely spot, felt like a big share house, great spaces to chill and a friendly energy. Everything was clean, laundry was a big plus. Easy walk to Southbank.

The room got so hot. They had fans but did not reach up to the top beds.

The kitchen was a good size, had a good common area and a pool.

The mattresses were not comfortable, no aircon just fans. Also you can‘t open the window.

The private bathrooms and kitchen were amazing and clean, free shuttle service to the Trainstation
