Kitchen needs some work as cupboards appear to be thrown in from a distance. No coffee/ tea or milk provided to make ourselves a cuppa on arrival.

Road into the Resort need some attention

Quiet rural location, some distance out of the Agnes Waters Centre. With lots of local wildlife (kangaroos) - Very pleasant and helpful owners. Excellent value for money

There was nothing about this stay we didn't like.

Sonny the owner was so accommodating, we had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was outstanding and the bed was so comfortable. We would highly recommend this spot for a couples getaway. The peace and tranquillity of the area was wonderful.

Locaton was great just a short trip into town. Even had a visit from some Kangaroos when we were sitting on the back deck.

It was wonderful to be surrounded by nature. Wherever you looked it was just more of it. Wildlife alongside the property and its surroundings, all in sync. Birds chirping early in the morning, greeting sun rising behind those Trees, you cannot wait to join them in the morning glory – and so I did 😊

This place isn’t going to suit everyone. I have picked up a lot more insect bites, more my fault for sitting out at dusk round a camp fire. Unless you are with Telstra any mobile connectivity is zero. The shower in the cottage isn’t great for tall people like myself. All that aside I loved this place.

Remote from main tourist areas. Very peaceful. Sonny, the ‘caretaker’, not to be confused with the owner was amazing and really made my stay a special thing. We sat round a camp fire, played backgammon and he even took me to see his Chiropractor friend who sorted out my back pain.

It would have been nice to be able to park the car beside the cottage, as it was raining when I left and the lawn area was very wet. Even a gravel path or stepping stones would have helped. A handrail was need on the steps and perhaps a railing around the verandah - probably in the process of being installed? Perhaps a nice table setting or patio lounge on the verandah would be nice. The lounge looked a bit dirty & tired. The shower head was difficult, pointing the wrong way and I had water all over the ensuite floor!

The peaceful surroundings and garden. Sonny was a wonderful host, and his dog a great companion. Loved Sonny's garden and relaxing on the verandah overlooking the pond with gorgeous water lillies. Lovely and quiet at night. I was surprised when I arrived that the bedroom/ensuite were separate from the kitchen and only accessible to each other via the verandah, so you had to go outside. However I "acclimatized" and would definitely stay there again.

The WiFi in the cabin was reeeeeally bad. Also, the positioning of the shower doesn’t quite make sense as it points directly out of the shower, so makes it a bit of an awkward shower, but they’re really the only negatives, everything else was great.

Absolutely beautiful location, very nice chill vibes. We had dinner on the porch overlooking the pond and it was really lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Agnes. The cabin was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Also, we were greeted and he was helpful and kind.

Seriously value for money and beautiful place - we got the cottage and it was a great base for doing dinner ourselves and actually relaxing Sonny is very kind and has a friendly dog - great recommendations and company during dinner preparations Amazing place and will 110% stay here again when/if we're able to return to the area

Sonny is a great ambassador for Agnes Waters as well as a delightful host. The accommodation is comfortable, modern, with clean facilities. Sonny's Where the trees are Green is a beautiful place to totally relax and enjoy nature. Andrew and Glenda. .
