Location, view, kitchen facility, indoor & out door siting arrangements are excellent but property need bit more maintenance in relation to cleanliness, window coverings & door lock. Overall 8 out of 10.

It is located right on top of the main restaurants so it was a bit noisy the first night. Most people won’t mind this, I’m a bit sensitive to noise.

The hosts were exceptional and went out of their way to help accomodate me. Anything I needed, they provided immediately. I love the location of this place, central to everything, and a nice view of the water. The apartment is fully equipped and very big.

Too many messages reminding you to put the bins out and repeat messages on what to do when vacating the property at the end of your stay. I think the one very informative message you get at the beginning is enough, this does explain everything you need, no more constant reminders. Broken blinds.

Free Parking would be good (but we were told about the parking situation before check on). It would also be good to have block out blinds in the main bedroom.

The house was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Cost of parking. Noise from nearby road during night and early morning. Staircase was difficult carrying our luggage up for our elderly parents. Would like to be told beforehand of stairs. Front bedroom would benefit from proper block out blinds, not just two mesh blinds doubled-up. Could see street lights from inside bedroom at night, and didn’t block out early morning sun.

Modern, very comfortable and very spacious apartment with great view of marina. Kitchen well appointed.

Just a minor issue but one that meant we didn’t sleep very well— the second front bedroom was really hot even with the fan on and door and windows open. It needs a proper A/C. Also the apartment was quite expensive at 600 a night for what was actually on offer.

Clean, fun and airy property with everything you need. Lovely decor and comfy couches. Good outlook across the river. Lovely big deck with bbq. Near restaurants and the city. Would suit a family on holiday.

There is no air conditioning in the room, it will be a bit hot when the door is closed, the fan is broken, it is very noisy, and needs repairing, Master bedroom curtains are not blackout, very bright in the morning

A lot of stairs was hard and you are unaware when booking and i told them i was disabled but when i messaged about my service animals about all these issue but don’t know no why one helped they it was so bad to sleep, needs curtains, impossible to find, not worth the $$$ very loud location before new years AND after. door locked would open itself when fully closed and locked neighbours are tenants and are loud and you have next to no privacy as they peer overthe fence

The location was near the water, but unfortunately, it was close to one of the main roads , which made it very noisy at night and also located above restaurants which was extremely noisy especially Friday and Saturday nights. There were two flights of stairs to take our luggage up. The back bedroom had no block out curtains to keep the street light out at night, and there was no free parking. Would definitely not recommend.

unable to access key from key safe due to incorrect code being sent via Booking.com! not good. Pretty cold overall We were told birthday balloons could be arranged and found none.
