Everything about this property was perfect!

Impeccably presented compact studio apartment, situated in a delightful garden setting with use of full laundry facilities and barbque a bonus. The hosts had thought of everything, with lots of little extra touches to make our stay comfortable.

Nothing to complain everything works great. If anything to improve maybe the basin in the bathroom could be a big larger but that is my personal preference, all facilities work great.

We found we were splashing water onto floor as basin was significantly too small in bathroom.

It was great to be able wash & use clothes line for clothes, (dryer available if needed)there lots of extra nice touches to the apartment , decor was lovely , it wasn’t missing anything, felt very cosy, was spotless & nice to be able to go out to tranquil garden.

It was easy to locate the entrance to the studio as clear instructions were provided. The studio was a delight, thoughtfully decorated, & had a positive energy. It was inviting & we loved our time here. The welcoming snacks were appreciated. We loved that we could use the recycle bin.

We struggled with the size of the bed but that’s more us being used to a bigger one. Also location but again we knew that before we got there. All in all it was very good and would stay again.

Very well appointed property with everything we needed. Very modern and well done. Netflix was a big thumbs up from us as was the use of the washing machine and ironing board. Hosts were perfect not too intrusive but there if needed. athetise communicated very well throughout the process.

The bed is a fold out wall bed and whilst comfortable, is not very big. This was only an issue for my husband and I because we have a king bed at home, so we found the bed very small. The unit shares a wall with the main house and we could hear whenever someone was in their kitchen. While the back patio, gardens and laundry are very quiet, they are not very private as the main house back door opens directly on them,right beside the unit's bed and exit to the patio. We did not feel at ease using these areas and felt that privacy was an issue.

Beautifully decorated, very new and clean, and quite spacious. The garden area is lovely and well maintained and very accessible to guests. The kitchen is very well appointed, with everything you would want to make your stay enjoyable and homely and there is a laundry out back that guests are welcome to use. The site is situated in a quiet street with free street parking. The hosts, Robyn and Mick, are very friendly and approachable if you need help with anything.

Didn’t particularly like leaving our car out on the street but there is no alternative. Nothing happened to car or “stuff” we left in car so it was all ok.

The fridge was a little noisy- noticeable overnight - we turned it off for a bit. The bed was a little soft for us. I know this is an individual thing.

Breakfast was brilliant. The place was so clean & excellent facilities. Loved the location. We Uber into town for night out!

The flat was very clean. Had a well-equipped kitchen - plenty of plates, pans, and cutlery. The TV was in a good position to watch from the bed.

The only downside was some noise does travel from the owner's residence (shared wall), and presumably vice versa. This meant I did feel like privacy and the ability to freely enjoy the accommodation is slightly limited. The hosts are very friendly and respectful though so I never felt like they were intruding.

The space was well laid out, clean, and tidy. I appreciated that areas such as the kitchen had quality items and exactly what you need. Nothing was superfluous. The bed was comfy though I did need the extra blankets provided (cool Spring nights). Additional purchase of the breakfast basket provided plenty of food for breakfast and snacking.

Soul Vie is a great studio apartment with excellent hosts who have thought of every little detail. We self catered both nights we were there. There is a lovely outdoor space for guests to use and a beautiful garden. Robyn and Mick are really lovely people without being the least bit intrusive.
