Had trouble working out the tv remotes to watch free to air tv and also working out the fan/light remote in the bedroom

The apartment was dated inside & needed an upgrade of curtains, carpet etc. No dishwasher but a good laundry.

Brilliant location - so close to beach & amenities, especially best restaurants, cafes & surf club. Lovely heated pool & spa. Wonderful views from deck & very sunny.

I went out one evening and forgot my key . I contacted the security as advised and they organised for somebody to let me into the property and my room. It was around 7:30 in the evening and had to pay A$55 for the staff member to let me in. I found that cost excessive especially as the person that let me into the property lived in the apartment. Also I could not find any mention of such service in writing and onlt learnt about such cost from the security number I rang.

AC didnt work the best. No proper bed for our son when we book for 3. Not even as much as a pillow or a blanket for him. Cups were dirty in the cupboard.

There were no outside of the shower hooks in bathroom for hanging wet towels and the toilet paper holder was behind you which made getting to it diffuclt.

Location was brilliant right across from the beach and on the doorstop of loads of cafes., restaurants and shopping facilities. Public transport if outside the door and a surf club over the street.

The decor needs updating. Scratches on the fridge, Wind noise in bedroom. Really thin toilet paper.

The photos on Booking.com were not true to the apartment. All 3 photos of the balcony view suggested this was a front view apartment however the apartment was actually on the side of the block with partial ocean view and no direct sunlight during the morning or evening. Extremely disappointing

We were on the lower right-hand floors opposite some of the restaurants, and it could be a little noisy over the weekend, but otherwise fantastic, so close to everything.

Location was perfect. It couldn't be better, in the heart of everything and next to the beach.

Curtains in the lounge room had broken hooks and didn't close.

Right across from the beach and Kurawa Park, at the end of Broadbeach Mall. Walking distance to all the great restaurants and light rail. Clean and tidy apartment. Quiet when windows were closed.

Just no view

Rooms were great. We were on the ground floor, which was a bit disappointing. But over all had everything we needed.

The carpet was filthy. No aircon or ceiling fan in main living so spent most time in bedrooms. No screens on windows so couldn’t open without having a million insects find us. Showerheads in both bathrooms were broken, the drier door latch broken. The hot/cold water dispenser broken & the oven was a nightmare to use (thank you google & youtube!). The clothes rack had rusted and stained clothes. Oh and the no smoking - we walked out of the lift and were hit with an overpowering smell. There seemed to be permanent residents so maybe it’s them.

The location and parking onsite. The washing machine and drier in room plus the full kitchen was a must for us.
