The hosts were incredibly hard to communicate with and quite rude to be honest. I had tried to get in contact with them 10 days before arrival though multiple avenues about a request and when they finally got back to me late the night before arrival they were very rude and abrupt.

The apartment was a great size, very clean and tidy.

The location was great. The apartment was really big. The beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped. It didn't lack anything. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot.

Shower/bathroom was big the only down side the hot water took ages to come through but it was a great shower once it did

The noise from next door. Loud noises, talking and yelling late at night. This is out of owners control but is frustrating none the less

We arrived at 2:15 and had not received any information about getting in so I expected a reception on site but this is just a few units in a location without any personal contact. We had no idea which unit was ours or how to get in. There was a cleaner on site and I approached him and thank goodness he was so helpful. I rang the manager several times with no reply and left a message. Eventually she answered and didn't realise that she had not sent me any info regarding the unit - I think that was because it was still being cleaned. She advised which unit was ours and the code to get in. I was very disappointed with her lack of care regarding this . There was another client there that had got an email with a code but no advice on which unit it was for... These incidents are the last thing you want when checking into a new location. It is a beautiful, roomy unit and very comfortable, but the confusion etc at the check in over shone this fact. Definitely would not recommend this manager to anyone I know that may be visiting Launceston.

The interior of the unit was fantastic, very spacious & comfortable.

Maybe a couple of occasional tables beside the sofa but this did not distract from everything else available.

Travelling around Tassie & this great place so close to friends was a gem find. Refreshingly clean, spacious & all amenities required. Would have loved to stay longer but too much of Tassie left to see 💯% recommend

We stayed in Unit 1, which is directly below what appears to be a private residence. Regrettably, the 'foot traffic' noise late at night (post-9.30pm) did impact us. Whilst we managed, I would suggest that if you are a light sleeper or have family that are, that you discuss whether Unit 2 or Unit 3 could meet your needs.

We had an extended stay (4+ nights) and the apartment was in a convenient location for our needs. It was fully self-contained and was very comfortable and clean. We had one minor maintenance issue, which was promptly resolved by the owner without any impact on our stay.

Our 1st night was noisy due to unit 1 being loud. The security door lights flash regularly so had to keep bedroom door closed as it was a little annoying. Shower water took a little while to heat up. But overall we were very happy!

Beautiful, modern style. Had everything we needed. Clean. Designated car space. Very well equipped and maintained.

Small dirt marks on the bedding, house key lock can jam in the door.

No dishwasher. On holiday don't expect to be washing dishes. Shower rose mounted above and at ceiling height. Not adjustable. Rather inconvenient for shorter persons.
