Would not allow an early check in. Very confusing with collecting keys at one place then having to travel a couple of blocks to the accommodation entrance. Map/Instructions shown was also quite confusing! Bed was way too hard (for my liking) to have a good night sleep. Communication at times was difficult. Asked for a late check out but for how much it was, it was not worth it.

Location was great! Close to shops and nice dining places - good walkable distances. We only stayed for one night. Building overall was very secure and felt safe and very quiet which was nice! Apartment was a good size with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine, lounge area with dining table and also a balcony. We stayed on a very high floor and the view across the city was just beautiful! You could easily stay for longer as had everything you needed. We paid extra to have secure parking as well which we were happy to do! Checkout was easy - we had to hand keys back as needed them to get out of the building with our car but just left it in a drop box where we collected them. We didn't have time to go for a swim and use other facilities provided. Overall was a good stay.

The wifi kept cutting in and out like there was no signal there was some minor damages in the property and on the furniture

The property is in the perfect location easy access from different ways perfect size for what we needed great view of the city great pool and gym facilities

The add said this was a serviced apartment, however, we had no way to take out the rubbish or have fresh linens if needed or get extra toilet paper. There was no reception desk so no one to ask for assistance. This could be easily fixed with a document in the apartment with contact numbers of someone to contact if assistance is required. This document could also include wifi passwords etc as free wifi was advertised but also not available as no instructions were given. It was also stated that toiletries were supplied, the toiletries that were supplied were cheap supermarket communal toiletries left in the shower.

The location was great, a bit further from the train station than advertised but still less than a block away. Nice sized apartment

Some minor cleaning issues but nothing too drastic Having to do the check-in in a restaurant wasn’t ideal but it was well communicated on the day before the checking and $300 bond seemed high compared with other stays and quality of accomodation we had during our holidays. The host was friendly

A little noisy as it is near the train station and a main road. The unit was overall good clean with basic facilities. Some minor maintenance issues but not bad enough to mention. Overall our stay was as expected.

The breakfast came from Coles across the road so it was OK. The location is central. Spencer St station is near. The trans cover the area well. We went to an AFL game at Marvel Stadium which is near.

Also to point out the property was very dirty Old nail clippings on the balcony floor tiles Bedroom near balcony gave my kids rashes - maybe bed bugs Fridge shelves sticky Overall not cleaned as it should be

The room was actually a studio room, which was not clear in the description. Also some parts of the room felt unfinished.

For a STUDIO room it was relatively well equipped. Would suit those who intend to spend most of their time out enjoying the city. This room had a good location if you want to stay close to the hustle and bustle.

The service was terrible and the room is very average

Communication with the people running the apartment's was horrendous. Everytime I tried to call they would send a txt saying to email them. Then I would email and they would not respond.

The spare blankets smelt of vomit, the entry door to the apartment needs a good coat of paint and a more secure lock as the handle wobbled, many of the fittings/furnishings in the apartment were worn. The windows were dirty. The futon couch was uncomfortable.

The cleanliness was not up to scratch. Had to call and ask for fresh sheets as the ones provided were visibly dirty, staff member took over an hour to come up after promising 15 minutes, had to call to verify someone was actually coming. Facilities were not kept clean, there was a big stain on the shower floor, the bathroom door handle was coming off, the stove wasn't cleaned, felt really unclean and dirty. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Balcony door was stuck and could not easily be opened or closed. TV remote was broken and the TV itself was very small, WIFI was difficult to connect. There was a stain on the small table at the front of the room that was covered up by a plant. There were no toiletries provided and only large bottles of shampoo and conditioner that are clearly reused for every guest. No spare towels or sheets or pillow cases. Felt as though the room hadn't been cleaned preempting our stay.

Location was great, view from the balcony was nice and the place felt very secure, had to use swipe card to get in and out of building at multiple points. The staff were pretty friendly at the small cafe.

The check in process is a disaster, you have to give a deposit and present a physical card, its a small restuarant front and we had to wait an hour in the queue of other confused people trying to check in. Super painful, won't book here again just because of this check in experience.

Late check in at 3pm isn't ideal. The room really needed a good deep clean, especially the bathroom.. Hairs left through our bathroom. No hand towels. Rubbish bins left from previous guests.

Good location and nice indoor pool but the overall value was ok apart from the cleanliness. The toiletries were a nice touch.
